The project consists of auditing and design strategy. The following actions will be taken in the audit: 1. analysis of the company in the scope of product/service offer; 2. Projekt polega na przeprowadzeniu audytu i strategii wzorniczej. W audycie zostaną podjęte następujące działania: 1. analiza firmy w zakresie oferty produktowej/usługowej; 2. analiza firmy w zakresie modelu biznesowego; 3. analiza firmy w zakresie technologii; 4. analiza firmy w zakresie struktury organizacyjnej; 5. analiza firmy w zakresie procesów komunikacji; 6. analiza firmy w zakresie strategii marketingowej; 7. analiza firmy w zakresie zdefiniowania i charakterystyki klientów i konkurencji oraz kluczowych w kontekście przedsiębiorstwa trendów branżowych; 8. analiza potrzeb firmy w zakresie zarządzania wzornictwem; 9. analiza oferty pod kątem wykorzystania wzornictwa i potencjału rynkowego firmy. Wyżej wymienione działania posłużą do opracowania strategii wzorniczej, która zawierać będzie następujące elementy: 1. ogólną charakterystykę firmy zawierającą analizę wzorniczą przedsiębiorstwa w zakresie produktów, technologii, struktury organizacyjnej, procesów komunikacji z klientem, strategii marketingowej; 2. ogólny opis otoczenia firmy w zakresie design zawierający co najmniej informacje odnośnie charakterystyki klientów, opis głównych konkurentów, opis trendów rynkowych; 3. określenie kluczowych w kontekście firmy trendów branżowych, społecznych i technologicznych o dużym potencjale wpływu na rynek beneficjenta; 4. ocenę poziomu wykorzystania wzornictwa w firmie oraz jej potencjału w tym zakresie; 5. zdefiniowanie problemów wzorniczych w firmie; 6. rekomendacje dalszych szczegółowych działań dla firmy.
