Działania wynikają bezpośrednio ze Strategii i mają na celu uruchomienie seryjnej produkcji 2 nowych produktów o unikalnym wzornictwie. Działania w obszarze zmiany struktury i zarządzania: w tym obszarze autorzy Strategii zarekomendowali spółce stworzenie wyodrębnionego działu wzornictwa przemysłowego lub alternatywnie stworzenie stanowiska design managera. Właściciele zdecydowali o przyjęciu drugiego wariantu ponieważ jest efektywniejszy kosztowo. Spółka zatrudni design managera, który będzie m.in. odpowiedzialny za współpracę z zewnętrznymi pracowniami wzorniczymi i będzie koordynował wdrażanie nowych projektów w firmie oraz sprzedaż ich pod własną marką BWP (str.108-110 Strategii).
