It operates in several locations where it offers a comprehensive package of services. It has a recognised brand on the market and a large group of customers and contractors. In view of the intense development and demand, the company intends to market new and improved products and services that fit modern design trends and meet the required quality and reliability parameters. The applicant conducted a competitive procedure, as a result of which he selected the executive company of audit and design strategy, i.e. Idealia sp. z o.o. According to the chosen offer, the analysis will be carried out by 5 leading experts with extensive experience in marketing, design, sales strategy, business strategies and organisation. Management of the company will actively participate in the implementation of the audit and development of the strategy. The audit activities will consist of 7 steps (detailed in point. The Audit Contractor: I. preliminary knowledge of the company, scope of operation, management structure, industry, technology, etc.; II. verification/expansion of the unit; III. internal design analysis; IV. external design analysis; V. creating a base/mine of solutions; VI. elaboration of recommendations; VII. taking into account comments.     Projekt dotyczy przeprowadzenia audytu wzorniczego (zakończonego opracowaniem strategii wzorniczej), polegającego na eksperckiej analizie PH-U „Wulkanex” Stapiński Krzysztof, wskazującego na kierunki działań pozwalających najpełniej wykorzystać potencjał do wzrostu konkurencyjności wynikający z zastosowania wzornictwa w prowadzonej działalności. Wnioskodawca to mała firma prowadząca działalność w branży motoryzacyjnej, głównie w zakresie diagnostyki i naprawy samochodów, serwisu ogumienia, kontroli pojazdów, usług blacharsko – lakierniczych. Działa w kilku lokalizacjach, w których oferuje kompleksowy pakiet usług. Posiada uznaną markę na rynku i dużą grupę klientów i kontrahentów. W związku z intensywnym rozwojem i stwierdzonym popytem, firma zamierza wprowadzać na rynek nowe i ulepszone produkty i usługi, wpisujące się w nowoczesne trendy wzornicze i spełniające wymagane parametry jakości i solidności. Wnioskodawca przeprowadził postępowanie w trybie zasady konkurencyjności, w wyniku którego wyłonił firmę wykonawczą audytu oraz strategii wzorniczej, tj. firmę Idealia sp. z o.o. Zgodnie z wybraną ofertą, analizę przeprowadzi 5 wiodących ekspertów z dużym doświadczeniem w zakresie marketingu, wzornictwa, strategii sprzedaży, strategii biznesowych i organizacji. W realizacji audytu i wypracowaniu strategii aktywnie uczestniczyć będzie kadra kierownicza firmy. Działania audytowe składać się będą z 7 etapów (szczegółowo opisanych w pkt. Wykonawca Audytu): I. wstępne poznanie firmy, zakresu jej działania, struktury zarządczej, branży, technologii itp.; II. weryfikacja/rozbudowa zespołu; III. analiza wewnętrzna pod kątem designu; IV. analiza zewnętrzna pod kątem designu; V. tworzenie bazy/kopalni rozwiązań; VI. opracowanie rekomendacji; VII. uwzględnianie uwag.
