The main objective of the Project is to improve the business processes implemented by UPRP and to broaden the scope of matters that UPRP clients will be able to deal with electronically via an efficient, stable and secure electronic communication channel (PUEUP platform) with the scope of the whole country. Construction of the UPRP Electronic Services Platform is a response to the expectations of the environments interested in protecting industrial property. The target groups benefiting from the results of the Project will be: entrepreneurs, individuals, patent advocates, lawyers and lawyers, research and science institutions, academic centres, business clusters, UPRP employees and state administration bodies cooperating with UPRP. The project involves launching or raising up to 5 level of maturity of 7 services: access to access and extracts from registers, notification of the expiry date of protection, subscription of information, validation of the European patent, application for protection for invention, utility design, industrial design and trade mark, changes in registers and submission of applications related to the handling of PWP cases. Through a dedicated platform, based on IT tools, the submission of industrial property objects will be improved by means of interactive electronic forms integrated with external systems, and customers will have direct access to information on their correspondence, the status of the case and other information contained in UPRP databases, which will greatly facilitate and speed up the handling of cases. Celem głównym Projektu jest usprawnienie realizowanych przez UPRP procesów biznesowych i poszerzenie zakresu spraw, które Klienci UPRP będą mogli załatwić drogą elektroniczną, za pomocą wydajnego, stabilnego i bezpiecznego kanału komunikacji elektronicznej (platforma PUEUP) o zasięgu całego kraju. Budowa Platformy Usług Elektronicznych UPRP jest wyjściem naprzeciw oczekiwaniom środowisk zainteresowanych ochroną własności przemysłowej. Grupami docelowymi, korzystającymi z efektów realizacji Projektu będą: przedsiębiorcy, osoby fizyczne, rzecznicy patentowi, radcy prawni i adwokaci, instytucje badawczo-naukowe, ośrodki akademickie, klastry przedsiębiorstw, pracownicy UPRP oraz organy administracji państwowej, współpracujące z UPRP.
