The design audit will be carried out in the period from 1 April 2018 to 31 July 2018, in two stages: 1. Model analysis of the applicant’s activities. 2. Development of the Applicant’s Design Strategy. A total of 40 working days. The first phase will last 25 working days, on the part of the Contractor responsible for its implementation will be: Elżbieta Rozbicka and Joanna Oziemblewska. The second stage will last 15 working days, and the Contractor will be responsible for Elżbieta Rozbicka and Joanna Oziemblewska. During the implementation of both stages, the team of experts will be supported in substance by four persons involved on the part of the Contractor (Katarzyna Stefaniak, Karolina Lesyng, Krzysztof Chróścielewski, Agnieszka Żmudzińska). Within the 1st phase of task 1, an analysis of the company’s activities related to the use of design will be carried out. The following actions will be carried out: — evaluation of the company’s product portfolio and design of selected products, – assessment of the business model of the company, – assessment of technological potential, – assessment of organizational structure of the company, – assessment of communication processes, – assessment of marketing strategy, – analysis of the market environment, including competition and customers, – analysis of industry trends, – analysis of the company’s needs in the field of design management. Within the 2nd phase of task 1 the audit report will be prepared as a model strategy of the company. On the basis of analyses conducted concerning both the company itself and its market environment, including competition, market conditions and industry trends, both the company’s problems in exploiting the potential of design and the market and potential opportunities will be identified.     Audyt wzorniczy będzie realizowany w okresie od 1 kwietnia 2018 r. do 31 lipca 2018 r, w dwóch etapach: 1. Analiza wzornicza działalności Wnioskodawcy. 2. Opracowanie strategii wzorniczej Wnioskodawcy. Łącznie 40 dni roboczych. Pierwszy etap potrwa 25 dni roboczych, ze strony Wykonawcy odpowiedzialne za jego wykonanie będą: Elżbieta Rozbicka oraz Joanna Oziemblewska. Drugi etap potrwa 15 dni roboczych, a ze strony Wykonawcy odpowiedzialne będą Elżbieta Rozbicka oraz Joanna Oziemblewska. Przy realizacji obu etapów zespół ekspertów będzie wspierany merytorycznie przez cztery osoby zaangażowane ze strony Wykonawcy (Katarzyna Stefaniak, Karolina Lesyng, Krzysztof Chróścielewski, Agnieszka Żmudzińska. W ramach 1 etapu zadania 1 zostanie wykonana analiza działalności przedsiębiorstwa dotycząca wykorzystania wzornictwa. Przeprowadzone zostaną następujące działania: - ocena portfela produktowego firmy i wzornictwa wybranych produktów, - ocena modelu biznesowego firmy, - ocena potencjału technologicznego, - ocena struktury organizacyjnej firmy, - ocena procesów komunikacji, - ocena strategii marketingowej, - analiza otoczenia rynkowego, w tym konkurencji i klientów, - analiza trendów branżowych, - analiza potrzeb firmy w zakresie zarządzania wzornictwem. W ramach 2 etapu zadania 1 zostanie opracowany raport z audytu stanowiący strategię wzorniczą firmy. Na bazie przeprowadzonych analiz dotyczących zarówno samej firmy, jak i jej otoczenia rynkowego, w tym dotyczących działań konkurencji, uwarunkowań rynkowych i trendów branżowych, zidentyfikowane zostaną zarówno problemy firmy w zakresie wykorzystania potencjału wzornictwa i rynku i potencjalne szanse. Następnie sformułowane zostaną rekomendacje dla dalszego rozwoju firmy – wytyczone zostaną możliwe kierunki dalszego działania i cele do osiągnięcia. (Polish)
