The project is aimed at improving the energy efficiency of residential buildings belonging to the Housing Cooperative’s pool in Opole.The project will help to ensure appropriate and comfortable living conditions in modernised facilities.The achievement of the target will be achieved by implementing actions in the field of deep, comprehensive energy modernisation of seven multi-dwelling buildings located in the establishment of Bielska-Kalska-Witosa-Chełmska in Opole, taking into account the transformation of the network and the replacement of the group junction on an individual basis.In addition, the project will carry out the necessary accompanying measures:development of design and environmental documentation (including ornithological expertise), surveillance and technical receipt taking into account expertise demonstrating the environmental effect (including ex-post audit), information and publicity.The project management will be carried out by the Applicant’s own staff.     Projekt nakierowany jest na poprawę efektywności energetycznej budynków mieszkalnych, należących do zasobu Spółdzielni Mieszkaniowej w Opolu. Projekt przyczyni się do zagwarantowania właściwych i komfortowych warunków życia w modernizowanych obiektach. Osiągnięcie celu możliwe będzie dzięki wdrożeniu działań w zakresie głębokiej, kompleksowej modernizacji energetycznej siedmiu budynków wielorodzinnych, zlokalizowanych na osiedlu Bielska-Kaliska-Witosa-Chełmska w Opolu, z uwzględnieniem przebudowy sieci i zamiany węzła grupowego na indywidualne. Ponadto w ramach projektu wykonane będą niezbędne działania towarzyszące: opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej i środowiskowej (w tym ekspertyza ornitologiczna), nadzór i odbiór techniczny uwzględniający ekspertyzy potwierdzające uzyskanie efektu ekologicznego (w tym audyt ex-post), informacja i promocja. Zarządzanie projektem realizowane będzie siłami własnymi pracowników Wnioskodawcy. (Polish)
