Geographical scope The project is located in Lubuskie voivodship (dw. Babimost, Gorzów Wlkp., Nowiny Wielkie, Rzepin, Sulechów, Świebodzin, Witnica) and Wielkopolska (dw. New Tomysl, Opalenica, Paledia). The stations Nowy Tomyśl, Opalenica, Palędzie, Rzepin and Świebodzin are located along railway no. 3. The stations of Gorzów Wielkopolski, Nowy Tomyśl and Witnica are located along No. 203, as well as Babimost and Sulechów stations along line 358. The location is presented in Annex 5.The objects are not adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities, do not meet the requirements of the TSI-PRM (Commission Regulation (EU) No 1300/2014 of 18 November 2014 on technical specifications for interoperability relating to the availability of the Union rail system for disabled persons and persons with reduced mobility) and modern standards and expectations of passengers. All facilities are open, i.e. the services of travellers are carried out. All stations included in the project are covered by conservation protection. A detailed description of the existing state can be found in Chapter 1.2SW. The scope – reconstruction and modernisation of existing facilities of 9 stations falling within the scope of the project, – construction of a new station Nowy Tomyśl in the form of IDS, – execution of finishing works of interiors and outdoors in accordance with the detailed specification developed for each of the stations, – adaptation of objects to the needs of disabled persons in accordance with TSI-PRM guidelines, – development of the areas around the station, including the replacement of the pavement, planting of greenery, elements of small architecture, construction of bicycle infrastructure, – construction of parking facilities, – construction of roads of access The scope of work on individual stations can be found in chapter 8.1 Study Wyk (English)

    Zakres geograficzny Projekt jest zlokalizowany na terenie województwa lubuskiego (dw. Babimost, Gorzów Wlkp., Nowiny Wielkie, Rzepin, Sulechów, Świebodzin, Witnica) i wielkopolskiego (dw. Nowy Tomyśl, Opalenica, Palędzie). Dworce Nowy Tomyśl, Opalenica, Palędzie, Rzepin, Świebodzin położone są wzdłuż kolejowej nr 3. Dworce Gorzów Wielkopolski, Nowy Tomyśl i Witnica położone są wzdłuż nr 203, oraz dworce Babimost i Sulechów położone są wzdłuż linii nr 358. Lokalizację przedstawia zał. nr 5.obiekty nie są przystosowane do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych, nie spełniają wymogów TSI-PRM (Rozporządzenie Komisji (UE) nr 1300/2014 z dnia 18 listopada 2014 r. w sprawie technicznych specyfikacji interoperacyjności odnoszących się do dostępności systemu kolei Unii dla osób niepełnosprawnych i osób o ograniczonej możliwości poruszania się) oraz współczesnych standardów i oczekiwań pasażerów. Wszystkie obiekty są czynne tj. prowadzona jest w nich obsługa podróżnych. Wszystkie dworce ujęte w projekcie są objęte ochroną konserwatorską. Szczegółowy opis stanu istniejącego znajduje się w rozdziale 1.2SW. Zakres przedmiotowy - przebudowę i modernizację istniejących obiektów 9 dworców wchodzących w zakres projektu, - budowa nowego dworca Nowy Tomyśl w formie IDS, - wykonanie prac wykończeniowych wnętrz i na zewnątrz budynków zgodnie ze specyfikacją szczegółową opracowaną dla każdego z dworców, - dostosowanie obiektów do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych zgodnie z wytycznymi TSI-PRM, - zagospodarowanie terenów wokół dworców w tym m.in. wymianę nawierzchni, nasadzenia zieleni, elementy małej architektury, budowa infrastruktury rowerowej, - budowę dróg dojazdowych i parkingów przed dworcami, - przywrócenie historycznego wyglądu obiektów w zakresie podlegającym ochronie konserwatorskiej, - prace rozbiórkowe infrastruktury towarzyszącej, - zintegrowanie dworców z innymi środkami transportu.
