Zakres prac obejmuje: - budowę lub przebudowę i modernizację istniejących obiektów 17 dworców wchodzących w zakres projektu, - wykonanie prac wykończeniowych wnętrz i na zewnątrz budynków zgodnie ze specyfikacją szczegółową opracowaną dla każdego z dworców, - dostosowanie obiektów do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych zgodnie z wytycznymi TSI-PRM, - zagospodarowanie terenów wokół dworców w tym m.in. wymianę nawierzchni, nasadzenia zieleni, elementy małej architektury, budowa infrastruktury rowerowej, - budowę dróg dojazdowych i parkingów przed dworcami, - przywrócenie historycznego wyglądu obiektów w zakresie podlegającym ochronie konserwatorskiej, - prace rozbiórkowe infrastruktury towarzyszącej, - zintegrowanie dworców z innymi środkami transportu.
