The aim of the project is to implement the production of innovative building support. On the basis of the development work carried out by the applicant, a unique solution was created (notified to the Polish patent office) concerning building supports designed to vertically position prefabricated walls for the time of their installation or for supporting the formworks (dicking) together with the European-scale supporting head of such support. The invention is the development of its own support with a smooth adjustable length, the most sensitive part of which is the threaded part for precise determination of the support length (head), will be interchangeable and protected against dirt such as cement, mud or sand. As a result, the support will be more protected against mechanical damage and damage resulting from intensive operation, as well as against corrosion and premature wear. The solution according to the invention can be used in both vertical and diagonal support. Thanks to the use of a replaceable support head, it is possible to replace the entire head not only in case of damage, but also when using a pin with a different end (e.g. fork), which significantly reduces the cost of using supports. The project involves the purchase of the necessary machinery and equipment for the production of innovative supports, the purchase of intangible assets in the form of a license for specialised software, together with the costs of research, certification and patenting of the solution on the European market. Celem projektu jest wdrożenie do produkcji innowacyjnej podpory budowlanej. Na podstawie prac rozwojowych realizowanych przez wnioskodawcę powstało unikalne rozwiązanie ( zgłoszone do urzędu patentowego RP) dotyczące podpór budowlanych przeznaczonej do ustawiania w pionie prefabrykowanych ścian na czas ich montażu lub do podpierania szalunków (deskowania) wraz z unikalną w skali europy głowicą nośna takiej podpory. Wynalazek jest opracowaniem własnym podpory o płynnej regulowanej długości, której najbardziej newralgiczna część, jaką jest nagwintowana część do precyzyjnego ustalania długości podpory (głowica),będzie wymienna i zabezpieczona przed zabrudzeniami takimi jak cement, błoto czy piasek. W konsekwencji podpora będzie bardziej zabezpieczona przed uszkodzeniami mechanicznymi i zniszczeniem wynikającymi z intensywnej eksploatacji, a także przed korozją i przedwczesnym zużyciem. Rozwiązanie według wynalazku może być stosowane zarówno w podporach pionowych jak i ukośnych. Dzięki zastosowaniu wymiennej głowicy nośnej istnieje możliwość wymiany całej głowicy nie tylko w przypadku uszkodzenia, ale również przy konieczności zastosowania sworznia z innym zakończeniem (np. widelcowym), co znacznie ogranicza koszty stosowania podpór. Projekt zakłada zakup niezbędnych maszyn i urządzeń do produkcji innowacyjnych podpór, zakup wartości niematerialnych i prawnych w postaci licencji na specjalistyczne oprogramowanie, wraz z kosztami badań, certyfikacji i patentowania rozwiązania na rynku europejskim.
