Projekt polegał będzie na termomodernizacji budynku wraz z OZE. Prace termomodernizacyjne w obiekcie polegać będą na modernizacji instalacji c.o. wraz z modernizacją węzła cieplnego, modernizacja systemu wentylacji i wprowadzeniem systemu zarządzania energią, modernizacji oświetlenia, montażu paneli fotowoltaicznych.
