Projekt realizowany będzie w woj. lubuskim, w mieście Zielona Góra. Pracami termomodern. objęty zostanie budynek KWP, usytuowany na ulicy Batorego 90 - działka 99/3. Celem projektu na poziomie produktu jest poprawa termoizolacyjności obiektu użyteczności publicznej w Zielonej Górze. Wśród celów na poziomie rezultatów bezpośrednich i długofalowych zakłada się: - dostosowanie budynku użyteczności publicznej do obowiązujących norm cieplnych, - minimalizację emisji zanieczyszczeń przedostających się do powietrza na terenie miasta Zielona Góra, - zwiększenie wykorzystania energii ze źródeł odnawialnych, - poprawę warunków życia mieszkańców miasta i regionu, - tworzenie warunków dla zrównoważonego rozwoju regionu poprzez utrzymanie jakości powietrza w Zielonej Górze.
