The main objective of the investment is to eliminate territorial differences in high bandwidth broadband Internet access and to improve the use of advanced ICT in the area of Siedletian intervention.As part of the project, it is planned to build broadband infrastructure for telecoms, which will enable selected GD and all schools of the area to obtain broadband Internet access with a capacity of at least 30 Mbps. The timetable foresees that it will be completed within 36 months (01.12.17-30.11.20). The detailed start date will ultimately depend on the date of signature of the grant agreement. The project was divided into 3 tasks, carried out in parallel: preparatory work, including the acquisition of the right to dispose of land, the construction of networks in the field and the connection of schools and the execution of customer connections ind. The funding shall be calculated by means of the funding gap method as % of the eligible costs specified in the budget of the project. It will therefore be used to advance/refund some of the indicated quaval costs, in accordance with the assumptions and objectives of the PC OP. The specificity of Mazowieckie voivodship as a more developed region was taken into account. Under the subsidised option, the project remains financially sustainable, i.e. it shows positive flows in each of the 15 years of analysis carried out in accordance with the relevant reference period. Podstawowym celem inwestycji jest wyeliminowanie terytorialnych różnic w możliwości dostępu do szerokopasmowego Internetu o wysokich przepustowościach oraz poprawa wykorzystania zaawansowanych TIK na obszarze interwencji siedleckim.W ramach projektu planowane jest wybudowanie szerokopasmowej infrastruktury telekom., która umożliwi wybranym GD oraz wszystkim szkołom obszaru uzyskanie szerokopasmowego dostępu Internetu o przepustowości min. 30 Mb/s. Planuje się objąć zasięgiem sieci 10213 HP, czyli o 102% więcej niż wymagane minimum. Harmonogram przewiduje, że zostanie on zrealizowany w terminie 36 miesięcy (01.12.17-30.11.20). Szczegółowy termin rozpoczęcia prac zależny ostatecznie będzie od daty podpisania umowy o dofinansowanie. Projekt podzielono na 3 zadania, realizowane równolegle: prace przygotowawcze, w tym pozyskanie prawa do dysponowania gruntami, budowa sieci w terenie i przyłączenie szkół oraz wykonanie podłączeń klientów ind. Dofinansowanie liczone jest przy pomocy metody luki w finansowaniu jako % kosztów kwalifikowalnych, określonych w budżecie projektu. Przeznaczone będzie zatem na zaliczkowanie/refundację części wskazanych kosztów kwal., zgodnie z założeniami i celami PO PC. Uwzględniono specyfikę województwa mazowieckiego jako regionu lepiej rozwiniętego. W wariancie z dotacją projekt jest zachowuje trwałość finansową, tzn. wykazuje dodatnie przepływy w każdym z 15 lat analizy, wykonanej zgodnie z właściwym okresem odniesienia. Ewentualna przewaga nakładów sfinansowana zostanie zyskami z projektu oraz z pozostałej działalności wnioskodawcy (Polish)
