As part of the project, the Applicant will implement and introduce a new mineral-cement-emulsion mixture (with tar destruction recycling and experimental high-modified asphalt emulsion) with unique technical and utility parameters, designed for the construction of a levelling and strengthening layer of roads during their renovation and reconstruction. The product was developed as part of dedicated R & D works carried out independently by the Applicant and on his behalf. The applicant has exclusive rights to implemented R & D results. R & D works concerned the development of experimental high-modified asphalt emulsion and a new recipe of the mineral-cement-emulsion mixture for the construction of a levelling and strengthening layer of repaired roads involving the recycling of tar destruction. The commissioned R & D works were carried out by NRR Poldim Group and Cracow University of Technology. Experienced scientific staff from the Institute of Road and Rail Engineering have been assigned to cooperate with the Applicant. The project is a response to market analysis, customer needs and implementation of the company’s strategy based on strengthening its competitiveness in the target market as a producer of organic and innovative products, which have high quality and attractive price. Acquisition of fixed assets is necessary in order to implement the new product. The new product has features and functionalities demonstrating innovation in the European market: 1. The use of problematic waste recycling, which has not yet been managed 2. The highest environmental performance – the combination of three ecological technological solutions in the new production process 3. Increased stamina 4. High durability The applicant has received letters of intent in which customers confirm the high interest and willingness to purchase a new product. The product will be implemented for the first time on an industrial scale. The product solution developed is the subject of the applicant’s patent application. (English)

    W ramach projektu Wnioskodawca wdroży do produkcji i wprowadzi do swojej oferty nową mieszankę mineralno-cementowo-emulsyjną (z recyklatem destruktu smołowego i eksperymentalną wysokomodyfikowaną emulsją asfaltową) o unikatowych parametrach techniczno-użytkowych, przeznaczoną do budowy warstwy wyrównawczo-wzmacniającej dróg podczas ich remontów i przebudowy. Produkt został opracowany w ramach dedykowanych prac B+R zrealizowanych samodzielnie przez Wnioskodawcę oraz na jego zlecenie. Wnioskodawca posiada wyłączne prawa do wdrażanych wyników prac B+R. Prace B+R dotyczyły opracowania eksperymentalnej wysokomodyfikowanej emulsji asfaltowej oraz nowej receptury mieszanki mineralno-cementowo-emulsyjnej do budowy warstwy wyrównawczo-wzmacniającej remontowanych dróg z udziałem recyklatu destruktu smołowego. Zlecone prace B+R realizowała firma NRR Grupa Poldim oraz Politechnika Krakowska. Do współpracy z Wnioskodawcą przydzielono doświadczoną kadrę naukową z Instytutu Inżynierii Drogowej i Kolejowej. Projekt jest odpowiedzią na analizę rynku, potrzeby klientów i realizacją strategii firmy opartej na wzmocnieniu swojej konkurencyjności na rynku docelowym jako producenta produktów ekologicznych i innowacyjnych, które posiadają wysoką jakość oraz atrakcyjną cenę. W celu wdrożenia nowego produktu niezbędne jest nabycie środków trwałych. Nowy produkt posiada cechy i funkcjonalności świadczące o innowacyjności w skali rynku europejskiego: 1. Wykorzystanie recyklatu problematycznego odpadu, który dotychczas nie był zagospodarowany 2. Najwyższa ekologiczność - połączenie trzech ekologicznych rozwiązań technologicznych w nowym procesie produkcji 3. Zwiększona wytrzymałość 4. Wysoka trwałość Wnioskodawca otrzymał listy intencyjne, w których klienci potwierdzają duże zainteresowanie i chęć nabycia nowego produktu. Produkt zostanie wdrożony po raz pierwszy na na skalę przemysłową. Opracowane rozwiązanie produktowe jest przedmiotem zgłoszenia patentowego Wnioskodawcy. (Polish)
