The project concerns the implementation of R & D works carried out independently in recipes and technologies for the production of health-promoting innovative new products: pasta 4 egg slices and dumplings with linseed and turmeric, as well as R & D work on production and semi-automatic packaging. The project will be implemented by starting production of 2 innovative products and offering them for sale. The production of these forms of pasta will be carried out in accordance with the formula and technology developed by the Company’s research department. Due to the specific recipe and technology, it will be necessary to purchase an innovative line for the production of pasta and a semi-automatic packaging machine. In IV quarter 2015 The company launched a polling of two assortments of pasta, i.e. taglietelle and pappardelle with linen (long, wide ribbons). These ranges are intended for consumption with sauces, while the market calls for narrower forms intended for soups. Our idea for 4 egg slices and noodles with linseed and turmeric is perfectly integrated into this. Thus, new forms of pasta will be characterised by new health-promoting features, shape and new functionality – for soups. So far there were no such products on the Polish market, they were created and submitted as an invention to the Patent Office on 13.07.2017 – no.P.422206 by our Company. There is no producer on the food machine market offering a production line with semi-automatic packaging for these pasta assortments, therefore research work was necessary to determine the technical conditions of the new line and semi-automatic packaging machine. Projekt dotyczy wdrożenia prac B+R przeprowadzonych samodzielnie w zakresie receptur i technologii produkcji prozdrowotnych innowacyjnych nowych produktów: makarony 4 jajeczna krajanka oraz kluseczki z siemieniem lnianym i kurkumą, jak również prac B+R w zakresie produkcji i półautomatycznego ich pakowania. Wdrożenie projektu nastąpi przez rozpoczęcie produkcji 2 innowacyjnych produktów i oferowanie ich na sprzedaż . Produkcja tych form makaronu będzie odbywać się zgodnie z recepturą i technologią opracowaną przez dział badań Spółki. Z uwagi na specyficzną recepturę i technologię, niezbędny będzie zakup linii innowacyjnej do produkcji makaronu oraz półautomatyczną pakowaczką. W IV kw. 2015 r. Spółka podjęła sondażowo produkcję dwóch asortymentów makaronu tj. taglietelle i pappardelle z siemieniem lnianym (długie, szerokie wstęgi). Asortymenty te są przeznaczane do konsumpcji z sosami, natomiast rynek upomina się o formy węższe przeznaczone do zup. Idealnie wkomponowuje się w to nasz pomysł na 4 jajeczną krajankę i kluseczki z siemieniem lnianym i kurkumą. Tak więc nowe formy makaronów będą charakteryzować się nowymi cechami prozdrowotnymi, kształtem i nową funkcjonalnością - z przeznaczeniem do zup. Dotychczas na polskim rynku nie było takich produktów, zostały one stworzone i zgłoszone jako wynalazek do Urzędu Patentowego w dniu 13.07.2017 - nr P.422206 przez naszą Spółkę. Na rynku maszyn spożywczych nie ma producenta oferującego linię produkcyjną wraz z półautomatyczną pakowaczką do tych asortymentów makaronu, dlatego też niezbędne były prace badawcze prowadzące do określenia warunków technicznych nowej linii oraz półautomatycznej pakowaczki. Nasze wymogi określone przez dział badań zostaną uwzględnione przez firmę zewnętrzną przy budowie nowej innowacyjnej linii i pakowaczki, a wynalazki będą naszą własnością. . (Polish)
