Przedsięwzięcie przewiduje budowę drogi ekspresowej S3 Nowa Sól - Legnica - odc. w. Nowa Sól Płd. - w. Kaźmierzów (bez węzła) o długości 33,3 km. Inwestycja przebiega przez obszar Województwa Lubuskiego i Dolny Śląsk (rozpoczyna się w gminie Nowe Miasteczko, następnie trasa przechodzi przez gminy Bytom Odrzański i Niegosławice, przecina granice województwa, dalej przekracza gminy Gaworzyce, Radwanice, Jerzmanowa i dochodzi do gminy Polkowice). Na całym odcinku projektowanej trasy przewidziano przekrój dwujezdniowy z dwoma pasami ruchu, pasem dzielącym (w tym rezerwa pod trzeci pas ruchu) oraz pasem awaryjnym. (Polish)
