The purpose of the Applicant is to develop an effective method of tracking the resonance of information in Polish-speaking media together with an analysis of sentimental evaluations. The newly designed service will allow you to carry out a complex process from the algorithmic side, but simple from the user’s side of the process, consisting of the client’s input of base (initial) information into the system (e.g. in the form of keywords, searched phrases, etc.), which will result in an immediate start of monitoring of derivative information (identical, similar, inspired) in 4 types of media (press, Internet, social media channels, RTV). The applicant, as a media monitoring company, has developed advanced techniques for obtaining source materials from the above-mentioned media. In the framework of industrial research, the applicant shall develop: — method of tracking the resonance of information in the media (fining similarities between publications from various media) and – audio transcription technology dedicated to media monitoring The development research will develop a unique national-scale prototype of the system, which implements the results of the planned research and performance tests will be carried out. The unique functionality of the system will be its ability to define sentiment understood as an axiological sound (related to the value scale) of information. In practice there will be an automated process of determining the attitude of the author of information (positive, negative, neutral) along with determining the force of this hypothesis. The project will result in the development of a unique national service (product innovation) enabling customers to meet the need to track the resonance of information in the media, which will be a useful result in the implementation of the methods developed in the design; in addition, from the Applicant’s perspective, the implementation of the project will contribute to improving the internal process of radio and television monitoring. Rezultatem projektu będzie opracowanie unikalnej w skali krajowej usługi (innowacja produktowa) umożliwiającej klientom zaspokajanie potrzeby śledzenia rezonansu informacji w mediach, która będzie użytkowym wynikiem w postaci implementacji opracowanych w projekcie metod; dodatkowo, z perspektywy Wnioskodawcy, realizacja projektu przyczyni się do udoskonalenia wewnętrznego procesu monitoringu radia i telewizji.
