Celem głównym projektu jest poprawa jakości powietrza poprzez zmniejszenie tzw. „niskiej emisji” oraz ograniczenie strat energii powstających w procesie dystrybucji energii i ciepła. Realizacja celu nastąpi poprzez rozbudowę sieci oraz przyłączenie nowych odbiorców, a także modernizację starej sieci cieplnej. Projekt zakłada zmodernizowanie i rozbudowę sieci na trzech osiedlach Kędzierzyna-Koźla, w zakresie modernizacji poprzez gruntowną wymianę istniejącej sieci cieplnej wykonanej w technologii tradycyjnej na nową preizolowaną. W ramach robót budowlano montażowych wyodrębniono 5 zadań, które stanowią 3 etapy modernizacji sieci cieplnej oraz 2 etapy rozbudowy sieci cieplnej. (Polish)
