The subject of the project is the development of a hybrid power module technology, for which the construction of lithium-ion cells and magnesium-ion cells will be used, which is an innovative solution both nationally and internationally. In addition, the project will develop a link and package management system to ensure the correct operation of cells, packages and hybrids of packages. The project involves conducting industrial research and development work by the Institute of Non-ferrous Metals Branch in Poznań Central Laboratory of Accumulators and Cells and a company of Climatic Machine Engineering and Special Equipment. The project included the production of magnesium-ion cells, packages of magnesium-ion cells, and finally hybrid modules consisting of packets of lithium-ion cells and magnesium-ion cells. Planned works include electrical, mechanical and climatic research, both magnesium-ion cells and packets, lithium-ion and technological prototypes of hybrid power modules. As the hybrid power module fits into the dual-use area, it is also planned to test modules in field power systems. The development of hybrid solutions will allow for reference research on both technologies, as well as testing the purpose of building hybrid solutions. The results of the project will be implemented into the business activity of IMKiUS and will be offered on the Polish and foreign markets. Innovative technology in the area of electricity storage and conversion infrastructure can be used in the growing electric and hybrid car industry, affecting the development of this industry. Before submitting the application, the members of the Consortium verified the patent purity and confirmed this (English)

Przed złożeniem wniosku członkowie Konsorcjum zweryfikowali czystość patentową i potwierdzili br (Polish)
