The project “Termomodernisation of the WIOŚ Delegation in Radom” involves a deep thermal modernisation of the building located at 9A Pułaskiego Street in Radom. The numbers of the registration plots are: 13/7, 14,7 and 98/20 with a total area of 4457 m². The building was built in 1993. The building of the WIOŚ Delegation is a public utility building. The current technical condition of the building can be described as bad. The building is energy-inefficient. In the building there are significant losses of heat and energy – this is confirmed by the conducted energy audit. The high heating costs of the building generate a high burden on the institution’s budget. Leaky windows, lack of mechanical ventilation and high heat transfer rate are the biggest problems of this object. The aim of the Project is to increase the energy efficiency of the public utility building located at 9A Pułaskiego Street in Radom. The comfort of using the building will be improved, the heat standard will be increased. Thermal modernisation of the facility will reduce heat loss by reducing heat consumption and thus reducing emissions of harmful gases and dust into the atmosphere, which will have a positive impact on the environment. The planned work in the implementation of the Project is: replacement of windows, installation of thermostatic valves, warming of the ceiling of the building, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, warming of the floor on the ground. As a result of this work, the saving of heat demand will be 66.75 % (fulls the statutory requirements), while the energy effect will be 55 %. The difference in operating costs per year will be PLN 39792.49. Technical and design documentation shall be drawn up before commencement. The beneficiary will have to obtain a building permit issued by the governor. Under the Public Procurement Law, the beneficiary is obliged to select the economic operator by tender. Projekt „Termomodernizacji budynku delegatury WIOŚ w Radomiu” zakłada głęboką termomodernizację budynku znajdującego się przy ulicy Pułaskiego 9A w Radomiu. Numery działek ewidencyjnych to: 13/7, 14,7 i 98/20 o łącznej powierzchni 4457m2. Obiekt wybudowano w 1993r. Podniesiony zostanie komfort korzystania z budynku, zwiększony zostanie standard cieplny. Termomodernizacja obiektu przyczyni się do ograniczenia strat ciepła poprzez zmniejszenia poboru energii cieplnej, a tym samym do ograniczenia emisji szkodliwych gazów i pyłów do atmosfery, co będzie miało pozytywny wpływ na stan środowiska naturalnego. Zaplanowane prace w ramach realizacji Projektu to: wymiana okien, montaż zaworów termostatycznych, docieplenie stropu budynku, wykonanie wentylacji mechanicznej z odzyskaniem ciepła, docieplenie podłogi na gruncie. W wyniku tych prac oszczędność zapotrzebowania ciepła wyniesie 66,75% ( spełnia wymogi ustawowe), natomiast efekt energetyczny wyniesie 55%. Różnica kosztów eksploatacyjnych rocznie będzie wynosiła 39792,49 zł. Przed przystąpieniem do prac zostanie sporządzona dokumentacja techniczna i projektowa. Beneficjent będzie musiał uzyskać pozwolenie na budowę, wydawane przez starostę. Zgodnie z ustawą prawo zamówień publicznych beneficjent zobowiązany jest do wyłonienia wykonawcy w drodze przetargu.
