elem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej budynków użyteczności publicznej sześciu obiektów będących w posiadaniu Izby Skarbowej w Lublinie na terenie województwa lubelskiego (w załączeniu mapy). Powyższy cel jest zgodny z celami osi priorytetowej I Zmniejszenie emisyjności gospodarki POIiŚ na lata 2014-2020, W efekcie realizacji oczekuje się zmniejszenia zapotrzebowania na energię w budynkach objętych projektem o oraz redukcję emisji CO2. Cel projektu jest zgodny z celami Działania 1.3. Wspieranie efektywności energetycznej w budynkach wymienionej Osi. Budynki wymagają przeprowadzenia termomodernizacji ze względu na znaczne zużycie energii na cele grzewcze oraz znaczną emisję zanieczyszczeń. Przegrody budowlane w objętych Projektem budynkach nie spełniają obowiązujących przepisów. W projekcie proponuje się ocieplenie przegród pełnych dotychczas nieocieplonych oraz wymianę przestarzałej stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, a także wymianę oświetlenia. (Polish)
