Celem projektu jest zmniejszenie zapotrzebowania na nieodnawialną energię pierwotną poprzez wykonanie kompleksowej termomodernizacji budynku. Inwestycja będzie realizowana na działce nr 303/12, zlokalizowanej przy ul. Chodkiewicza 32, 85-090 Bydgoszcz. Budynek z 1914 r. objęty jest ochroną konserwatorską. Przedmiotem projektu jest budynek dawnej siedziby Oddziału Prewencji Policji, składający się z 2 części: 1. cz. wysoka budynku obejmująca pomieszczenia szkoleniowo-biurowe + łącznik - pow. całkowita – 1811,84 m2 - pow. użytkowa – 1022,55 m2 - kubatura – 5840,00 m3 2. cz. niska budynku obejmująca pomieszczenia sal treningowych: - pow. całkowita – 585,70 m2 - pow. użytkowa – 304,55 m2 - kubatura – 2100 m3.
