Przedmiotem projektu jest głęboka termomodernizacja budynku użyteczności publicznej położonego w Warszawie przy ul. Wspólnej 2/4, w celu poprawy jego efektywności energetycznej i cieplnej. Zakres zaplanowanych działań obejmuje: - modernizacja instalacji przygotowania ciepłej wody użytkowej (montaż zaworów termostatycznych, pomp ciepła i paneli solarnych), - ocieplenie stropodachu wentylowanego (w części przechodniej, nieprzechodniej i nad garażami), - modernizacja systemu elektrycznego i oświetlenia obejmująca: wymianę istniejącego oświetlenia na LED, zmianę systemu chłodzenia na system VRV, montaż paneli PV i montaż mikroturbin wiatrowych, - modernizacja systemu wentylacji na piętrach od I do V: zastąpienie wentylacji grawitacyjnej wentylacją mechaniczną nawiewno-wywiewną z odzyskiem ciepła, - modernizacja systemu ogrzewania na IV i V piętrze: wymianę istniejącego zasilania z węzła cieplnego na zasilanie tej instalacji gazową pompą ciepła z kotłem kondensacyjnym szczytowym, wraz z wymianą grzejników na dostosowane do zmienionych parametrów ciepła, - wymiana stolarki okiennej.
