The subject of the project “Innovative technology of combining plywood primers for Premium wood laminated floors” is the development of NELA-ONE Kornelia Krompiec’s activities by introducing a new technology of combining stable primers for laminated wood lamellas Premium laminated floors using plywood precipitation. The technology will allow maximum use of material in the form of plywood, obtaining decks from combined plywood with a length of more than 2.5 m, stability comparable to plywood from a single sheet, while at the same time a significant reduction (to approx. 5 %) of the amount of waste generated. The project will be implemented between 01.08.2018 and 31.07.2019. The aim of the project is to implement in NELA-ONE technological innovation in the form of a new method of production of primers for premium oak lamella floors and new products in the form of durable primers from plywood combined into a bookmark. Thanks to the technology, it will be possible to produce significantly improved lamella primers (combined plywood) – they will be cut at an appropriate angle, folded and glued smaller pieces of plywood, which will create a primer for layered floors of a quality similar to plywood from one sheet, while significantly saving the amount of production waste resulting in savings and a positive economic effect for the company. Products obtained with the use of the production technology developed as a result of the project will be able to underpin long layered boards with the expected greater stability and durability (life under internal use conditions) compared to primers used by competition (e.g. they will not be delaminated). Przedmiotem projektu "Innowacyjna technologia łączenia podkładów ze sklejki na potrzeby drewnianych podłóg warstwowych klasy Premium." jest rozwój działalności firmy NELA-ONE Kornelia Krompiec przez wprowadzenie nowej technologii łączenia stabilnych podkładów pod lamele drewniane podłóg warstwowych klasy Premium z wykorzystaniem opadów ze sklejki. Technologia pozwalać będzie na maksymalne wykorzystanie materiału w postaci sklejki, uzyskiwanie pokładów ze sklejki łączonej o długości powyżej 2,5m, stabilności porównywalnej do sklejki z jednego arkusza, przy jednoczesnym znacznym ograniczeniu (do poziomu ok. 5%) ilości powstających odpadów. Projekt realizowany będzie w okresie 01.08.2018 r. - 31.07.2019 r. Celem projektu jest wdrożenie w firmie NELA-ONE innowacji technologicznej w postaci nowej metody produkcji podkładów pod lamele dębowe podłóg klasy Premium i nowych produktów w postaci trwałych podkładów ze sklejki łączonej na zakładkę. Dzięki technologii możliwe będzie produkowanie znacząco ulepszonych podkładów pod lamele (sklejki łączonej) – będą to zacinane pod odpowiednim kątem, spasowywane i sklejane mniejsze kawałki sklejki, które stworzą podkład do podłóg warstwowych o jakości zbliżonej do sklejki z jednego arkusza, przy jednoczesnej znacznej oszczędności ilości powstających odpadów produkcyjnych, przyczyniające się do oszczędności i pozytywnego efektu ekonomicznego dla przedsiębiorstwa. Produkty otrzymywane przy stosowaniu opracowanej w wyniku realizacji projektu technologii produkcji, będą mogły stanowić podkład pod długie warstwowe deski o przewidywanej większej stabilności oraz trwałości (żywotność w warunkach użytkowania wewnętrznego) w porównaniu z podkładami stosowanymi przez konkurencję (m.in. nie będą ulegały delaminacji). Projekt wpisuje się w cele szczegółowe działania 3.2, poddziałania 3.2.2 oraz programu PO IR. (Polish)
