Reference number of the aid programme: SA.41471(2015/X) Purpose of public aid: Article 25 of EC Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain types of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L. I'm sorry. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014). The subject of the project is to carry out industrial research and development work aimed at mastering a comprehensive technological process of creating rotors for rotors, in particular helicopters, and then developing commercial commercial products on the basis of it. This action is the company’s response to a clear market demand from foreign customers, as part of the global trend of replacing rotors in helicopters, from traditional duralumin or mixed dural-composite designs to modern fully composite solutions, enabling improved performance of the construction and extending lifespan. In addition, the ever-growing market for light and ultralight helicopters generates the supply of solutions available to small manufacturers. The general idea is to combine the forces of two national industry leaders: Applicants, who have the greatest experience in the production of power rotors for wind turbines and is the only such company in the country, and a leader in the field of industrial research and development in aviation, which is the Institute of Aviation. In order to achieve the project’s objectives, computational analyses of CFD aerodynamics and flight mechanics, MES material strength, composite material testing, technological tests of the latest available polymer composite reinforcement fibres, strength tests of sockets and knots will be carried out. In addition, as part of the research work of demonstrators, instrumentation will be made for the technical implementation of the assortment of rotors, for which there will be first demand. Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Dla osiągnięcia celów projektu przeprowadzone zostaną analizy obliczeniowe z zakresu aerodynamiki CFD i mechaniki lotu, wytrzymałości materiałów MES, badania materiałowe kompozytów, próby technologiczne najnowszych dostępnych włókien zbrojenia kompozytów polimerowych, badania wytrzymałościowe części nasadowych i węzłów. (Polish)
