Głównym celem projektu firmy GRAFIT Sp. z o.o. jest realizacja inwestycji technologicznej, mającej na celu wdrożenie nowej technologii "Sposób wytwarzania konstrukcji stalowych bazujący na nowym modelu przestrzennym konstrukcji stalowej opartej na elementach blachownicowych dźwigarów głównych i elementach kratownicowych płatwi i stężeń podłużnych i poprzecznych", która jest przedmiotem zgłoszenia patentowanego dokonanego przez Wnioskodawcę. Technologia będąca przedmiotem projektu jest wynikiem prac rozwojowych przeprowadzonych przez Wnioskodawcę. Aby wdrożyć nową technologię niezbędny jest zakup robót i materiałów budowlanych, maszyn oraz wartości niematerialnych i prawnych, które wraz z już posiadanymi przez Wnioskodawcę maszynami stworzą ciąg technologiczny. Realizacja innowacyjnego procesu technologicznego, będzie możliwa przy równoczesnej rozbudowie hali produkcyjnej gdzie zostanie zlokalizowany proces produkcji, ze względu na fakt, iż obecna powierzchnia produkcyjna nie pozwala na wdrożenie nowej technologii oraz świadczenie udoskonalonej usługi wznoszenia obiektów budowlanych w konstrukcji stalowej opartych o nowy układ konstrukcyjny Planowanymi rezultatami wdrożenia projektu będą: - wdrożenie wyników własnych prac B+R, - wprowadzenie udoskonalonej dla branży i Wnioskodawcy usługi, która zostanie zaoferowana na rynek krajowy oraz międzynarodowy, - wzrost przychodów ze sprzedaży, - wzrost zatrudnienia – stworzenie 3 nowych miejsc pracy, - wdrożenie rozwiązań proekologicznych. The main objective of GRAFIT Sp. z o.o.'s project is to implement a technological investment aimed at implementing a new technology “The method of producing steel structures based on a new spatial model of steel structure based on main sheet metal elements and truss elements and longitudinal and transverse concentrations”, which is the subject of a patented application by the Applicant. The technology being the subject of the project is the result of the development work carried out by the Applicant. In order to implement the new technology, it is necessary to purchase construction works and materials, machinery and intangible assets, which, together with the machines already owned by the Applicant, will create a technological sequence. Implementation of an innovative technological process will be possible with simultaneous expansion of the production hall where the production process will be located, due to the fact that the current production area does not allow the implementation of new technology and the provision of improved construction services in steel structures based on the new construction system, the planned results of the implementation of the project will be: — implementation of the results of own R & D works, – introduction of an improved service for the industry and the Applicant, which will be offered on the domestic and international market, – growth of sales revenues, – employment growth – creation of 3 new jobs, – implementation of environmental solutions.
