The main objective of the project is to implement into TECHNOBUD’s activities a new manufacturing technology consisting of building construction with the use of solutions allowing the monolithisation of prefabricated elements on the basis of which the Company will provide an innovative service in the form of building construction with the use of solutions enabling the monolithisation of prefabricated elements on the construction site. The new service will be characterised by significantly improved parameters compared to the solutions currently available on the domestic market (PRODUCT INNOVATION according to the OECD’s Oslo Manual, edition III, 2005) with the following market-business advantages: — shortened execution time of reinforced concrete element with the same technical and dimensions by approx. 64 % (which will be directly reflected in the accelerated implementation of the investment), – reduced cost of execution by approx. 18 % (cost reduction). In addition, the applicant will offer a new technology in the implementation of this project, which will enable the realisation of an inseparable monolithic connection ensuring the highest level of water resistance – lack of moisture migration, elimination of corrosion on the joining of elements, thermal insulation at the level of monolithic structures (100 %) – lack of thermal bridges, no visible connection at the contact points of the elements. As a result of the project, qualitative objectives will also be achieved, including: • increasing the competitiveness of the Applicant on the domestic market, • acquiring new business partners both on the domestic and international stage, • enhancing the company’s potential in the commercialisation of innovative production and technological solutions, • increasing the experience of the applicant’s personnel in the implementation sector, • obtaining informal status of an innovative enterprise.     Głównym celem realizacji projektu jest wdrożenie do działalności TECHNOBUD nowej technologii wytwarzania polegającej na wznoszeniu budynków z zastosowaniem rozwiązań umożliwiających monolityzację elementów prefabrykowanych na budowie, na bazie której Spółka będzie świadczyła innowacyjną usługę w postaci wznoszenia budynków z zastosowaniem rozwiązań umożliwiających monolityzację elementów prefabrykowanych na budowie. Nowa usługa będzie charakteryzować się znacząco ulepszonymi parametrami w porównaniu do rozwiązań obecnie dostępnych na rynku krajowym (KRAJOWA INNOWACJA PRODUKTOWA zgodnie z podręcznikiem OECD „Oslo Manual”, wydanie III, 2005) posiadając następujące przewagi rynkowo-biznesowe: - skrócony czas wykonania elementu żelbetowego o tych samych parametrach technicznych i gabarytowych o ok. 64% (co bezpośrednio znajdzie odzwierciedlenie w przyspieszeniu realizacji inwestycji), - zmniejszony koszt wykonania o ok. 18% (ograniczenie kosztów). Ponadto Wnioskodawca w ramach realizacji niniejszego projektu zaoferuje nową technologię, która umożliwi wykonanie nierozerwalnego połączenia monolitycznego zapewniając najwyższy poziom wodoodporności - brak migracji wilgoci, eliminacja zjawiska korozji na łączeniu elementów, termoizolacyjność na poziomie konstrukcji monolitycznych (100%) - brak mostków termicznych, nie widoczne połączenia na stykach elementów. W wyniku realizacji projektu zostaną osiągnięte także cele jakościowe, do których zaliczają się m. in.: • podniesienie konkurencyjności Wnioskodawcy na rynku krajowym, • pozyskanie nowych partnerów biznesowych zarówno na arenie krajowej, jak i międzynarodowej, • podniesienie potencjału firmy w zakresie komercjalizacji innowacyjnych rozwiązań produkcyjnych oraz technologicznych, • wzrost doświadczenia personelu Wnioskodawcy w sektorze wdrożeniowym, • uzyskanie nieformalnego statusu przedsiębiorstwa innowacyjnego.
