The aim of the project is to create a R & D Centre, which will develop innovations for industry in the field of efficient separation of metals from waste streams and minerals. Increasing the potential of R & D will increase the innovativeness and competitiveness of the company’s offer. The implementation of the Research Agenda will result in product innovation in the form of a magneto-chemical reactor that ensures high-quality recovery of metallic particles from industrial mixtures. The reactor will be designed and implemented in turnkey for a specific industrial application. The potential benefits for industry from the implementation of design solutions include: — recovery of economically valuable metal concentrates, e.g. from the group of critical raw materials, – efficient and low-waste removal of heavy metals from sewage and reduction of environmental charges for exceeding permitted concentration limits, – regeneration of industrial liquids, including coolants, allowing secondary use and construction of closed material cycles. Celem projektu jest utworzenie Centrum B+R, w którym będą opracowywane innowacje dla przemysłu w zakresie efektywnej separacji metali ze strumieni odpadowych oraz kopalin. Rozbudowa potencjału B+R doprowadzi do podniesienia innowacyjności i konkurencyjności oferty firmy. Efektem realizacji Agendy badawczej będzie innowacja produktowa w formie reaktora magneto-chemicznego zapewniającego wysokiej jakości odzysk drobin metalicznych z mieszanin przemysłowych. Reaktor będzie projektowany i wdrażany w systemie "pod klucz" pod konkretną aplikację przemysłową. Potencjalne korzyści dla przemysłu z wdrożenia rozwiązań projektowych to, m.in.: - odzysk cennych ekonomicznie koncentratów metali, np. z grupy surowców krytycznych, - efektywne i niskoodpadowe usuwanie metali ciężkich ze ścieków i redukcja opłat środowiskowych za przekroczenia dozwolonych limitów stężeń, - regeneracja cieczy przemysłowych, w tym chłodziw, umożliwiająca wtórne ich zastosowanie i budowanie zamkniętych obiegów materiałowych.
