SA 42799(2015/X) The subject of the project is the purchase from WIMiI of the Czestochowa University of Technology a service consisting of developing a new technology. The new technology will include the production of a standardised regranulate composite product from waste plastics for the processing of plastics using various techniques, e.g. injection and/or extrusion. The planned technological processes will be based in particular on composition analysis processes, pre-processing of waste plastics, i.e. (cutting, washing, drying), then the composition of polymers, their chemical modification and homogenisation including agglomeration and extrusion. The technology will take into account the automation of processing processes and the efficiency of the technological system at the level of at least 1 Mg/h. The company, using this technology, plans to process and thus offer a material recycling service dedicated to difficult-processable waste plastics, in particular contaminated and heterogeneous material packaging films (based on PE) and waste fraction of plastics from car dismantling and ZSEiE, which will also be used as fillings for modification. Waste foils will come from the processes of separation of municipal waste and from separate collection, as well as from a stream of post-production waste. Due to the fact that the new product will be produced from waste, at the same time the result of the project will be dedicated to this waste group material recycling service. The development carried out by the Contractor will also include guidelines for designing the technological installation and infrastructure necessary for the implementation of the technology, including a technology implementation plan. The implementation of this project will be a development of the Company’s existing activities both in the scope of manufactured products and ofero (English)

Nowa technologia obejmować będzie otrzymanie z odpadowych tworzyw sztucznych standaryzowanego produktu będącego kompozytem w formie regranulatu, przeznaczonego do przetwórstwa tworzyw sztucznych z zastosowaniem różnych technik np. wtrysku i/lub wytłaczania.
