This project involves developing a solution concept, creating a prototype of the system and testing it for a system to automate actions carried out by recruiters on social networks (e.g. GoldenLine, Linkedin, Facebook). This tool will enable support of the applicant’s employees in analysing profiles, e.g. LinkedIn and Facebook, as well as deciding to pre-qualify a candidate for a particular recruitment project. The introduced process innovation will significantly reduce the search time of candidates’ databases while increasing the accuracy of this activity. The research and development work carried out under this project will be commissioned to a scientific unit selected by the Applicant by means of a request for tender. (English)

Linkedin oraz Facebook, a także podejmowaniu decyzji wstępnego zakwalifikowania kandydata do danego projektu rekrutacyjnego. Wprowadzona innowacja procesowa znacząco skróci czas przeszukiwania baz danych kandydatów przy jednoczesnym zwiększeniu dokładności tej czynności. Prace badawczo-rozwojowe wykonywane w ramach niniejszego projektu, zostaną zlecone jednostce naukowej wybranej przez Wnioskodawcę w drodze przeprowadzonego zapytania ofertowego. (Polish)
