Property / summary
The project relates to the implementation of the new production technology for building prefabricated buildings for the construction of low-energy housing and passive housing in two construction systems to the business practice of EKOBUD:A system of extensible insulating wall elements, a frame for the construction of a backbone structure for the insulation of lost insulation. The project thus leads to the production of new products, which are required for the above construction systems, in the form of prefabricates in order to shape significant fragments of the wall partitions. This project is based on the idea of combining innovative energy efficiency technologies already put in place in the company EKOBUD (e.g. a flat rate technology) with the treatment of polystyrene waste that is generated in other production processes of the Company. The production of the polystyrene products at the firm’s own facility is currently around70 m³.The processing capacity is higher and amounts to ca.100 m³ per year. The resulting Styrofoam waste is some of the following:5 % of the production and after the project implementation will be used for the production of concrete slabs. As a result of this project, there will be a comprehensive solution to the passive building in which the achieved savings in the construction phase of the building will be invested in the installation.By achieving an optimal set of physical characteristics of prefabricated buildings, building blocks and technical solutions in process processes, residential buildings, the cost of which is comparable or lower than the traditional reference solutions (according to the WT20013), may be created, but the standard corresponds to passive buildings. Projekt dotyczy wdrożenia do praktyki gospodarczej firmy Ekobud nowych technologii produkcji prefabrykatów dla budownictwa pozwalających na wznoszenie budynków mieszkalnych niskoenergetycznych i pasywnych w dwóch systemach konstrukcyjnych: - systemie wielkoblokowych elementów ściennych izolacyjno-konstrukcyjnych, - systemie szkieletowej konstrukcji w izolacyjnych deskowaniach traconych. Projekt prowadzi zatem do uruchomienia produkcji nowych produktów – wymaganych dla ww. systemów konstrukcyjnych - w postaci prefabrykatów pozwalających kształtować znaczne fragmenty przegród ściennych. Produkcja wyrobów styropianowych we własnym zakładzie firmy wynosi obecnie ok. 70 tys. m3.
