The applicant’s project concerns the implementation of its own new energy-efficient recycling technology for organic substances from biodegradable waste using regenerated bacterial strains from biofilters. The developed technology consists of two parallel composting processes. The first process is the recycling of organic waste in open static prisms, in which compost prisms are used to construct compost priming, vaccinated structural material derived from biofilters of parallel processes in bioreactors. The aim of the technology is to minimise the phase I mesophilic composting process in static prisms. The second parallel process is the composting of waste in a closed bioreactor using a biofilter, in which the biofilter deposit through the flow of the process air from the aeration of the bioreactor, while maintaining appropriate conditions for the development of thermophilic bacteria, is used in the process of static prism as bacteria, thereby eliminating in static prisms the slugs in the mesophilic phase and accelerating the start of the thermophilic phase. The implementation of the new technology will contribute to the implementation of the European Union’s obligations under Directive 99/31 EC by improving the waste management service, resulting in: — carrying out the R3 recovery process in a shorter time (significantly improved process), – obtaining a product in the form of compost land with increased parameters, – full use for recovery of biodegadable waste (no-waste technology), – minimisation of environmental risks (processing more waste, elimination of slurry processes, reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, reduction of odour). The process described in the new technology was notified as an invention to the Patent Office on 11.10.2016 No. P-419057 (English)

Wdrożenie nowej technologii przyczyni się do realizacji zobowiązań stawianych przez Unię Europejską, wynikających z Dyrektywy 99/31 WE, poprzez polepszenie usługi w zakresie gospodarowania odpadami, czego rezultatem będą: - przeprowadzenie procesu odzysku R3 w krótszym czasie (znacząco ulepszony proces), - uzyskanie produktu w postaci ziemi kompostowej o podwyższonych parametrach, - pełne wykorzystanie do odzysku odpadów biodegadowalnych (technologia bezodpadowa), - minimalizację zagrożeń środowiska naturalnego (przetwarzanie większej ilości odpadów, eliminacja procesów gnilnych, zmniejszenie emisji gazów cieplarnianych, zmniejszenie odoru). Proces opisany w nowej technologii został zgłoszony jako wynalazek do Urzędu Patentowego dnia 11.10.2016 nr P-419057 (Polish)
