The activities covered by this project are directly part of the National Smart Specialisation No. 2. Innovative TECHNOLOGY, PROCESSES AND PRODUCTS OF Agri-Food and Forestry SECTOR, Part IX. Food A CONSUMENT, point 4. Development of innovative tools for detecting food falsifications and point 5. Developing tools and modern research techniques and food quality markers (including the bioavailability of ingredients) for the assessment of the effects of food products on human health. The project is part of the above points as the results of the R & D Agenda have been implemented through product innovation by developing or developing new research methods, including those for food quality and safety testing. R & D works planned in the research agent help to develop innovative tools for detecting falsifications of food. Other research focuses on the development of new methods of analysis of food contaminants resulting from technological processes, methods of testing the quality of raw materials used and the detection of pesticide residues. In addition, methods of testing food packaging will be developed to improve consumer safety. Achieving the project results will significantly increase the assessment of the impact of food products on human health. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Działania objęte niniejszym projektem wpisują się w wprost w Krajową inteligentną Specjalizację nr 2. INNOWACYJNE TECHNOLOGIE, PROCESY I PRODUKTY SEKTORA ROLNO-SPOŻYWCZEGO I LEŚNO-DRZEWNEGO, część IX. ŻYWNOŚĆ A KONSUMENT, punkt 4. Zaplanowane w agencie badawczej prace B+R służą m.in. opracowaniu innowacyjnych narzędzi do wykrywania zafałszowań żywności. Pozostałe prace badawcze skupiają się na opracowaniu nowych metod analizy zanieczyszczeń produktów żywnościowych wynikających z procesów technologicznych, metod badań nad jakością użytych surowców oraz wykrywania pozostałości pestycydów. Dodatkowo opracowane zostaną metody badań opakowań żywności, służące poprawie bezpieczeństwa konsumenta. Osiągnięcie ww. rezultatów projektu podniesie znacząco możliwości oceny wpływu produktów żywnościowych na zdrowie człowieka. (Polish)
