Przedmiotem, projektu jest inwestycja w aktywa materialne związane z rozbudową Działu B+R Wnioskodawcy poprzez doposażenie w infrastrukturę niezbędną do prowadzenia szeroko zakrojonej działalności badawczo-rozwojowej na rzecz opracowania innowacyjnych produktów i technologii kompleksowania naturalnych substancji barwiących i związków aromatycznych z cyklodekstrynami, dedykowanych dla przemysłu spożywczego z przeznaczeniem w produkcji żywności wysokiej jakości, jako funkcjonalne dodatki do żywności. Realizacja projektu będzie pozytywnie oddziaływała na zintensyfikowanie działalności badawczo-rozwojowej podmiotu, efektywne wykorzystanie zasobów ludzkich (potencjału kadrowego B+R) i infrastruktury badawczej oraz rozwój współpracy z krajowymi jednostkami naukowymi w szczególności Szkołą Główną Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego w Warszawie. The subject of the project is an investment in tangible assets related to the expansion of the Applicant’s R & D Department by retrofitting in the infrastructure necessary to carry out a wide-ranging R & D activity in order to develop innovative products and technologies for complexing natural colouring substances and aromatic compounds with cyclodextrins, dedicated to the food industry for high-quality food production as functional food additives. The implementation of the project will have a positive impact on the intensification of R & D activities of the entity, the effective use of human resources (R & D potential) and research infrastructure, and the development of cooperation with national research units in particular the Main School of Rural Farms in Warsaw.
