The project aims at implementing an innovative technology in the world of active cross-linking technologies — ACLT (ACTIVE CROSS-LINKING TECHNOLOGY), which allows the use of post-production waste and the excavation of EVA copolymers in the manufacture of new ecoEVA and ecoPVC.On the basis of new plastics, two innovative products will be implemented in the offer of FAGUM:An internationally innovative technology for active networking was developed on the basis of an internationally innovative active cross-linking technology using an internationally developed active cross-linking technology, using a spulverine waste for co-polymers EVA as a result of research and development work carried out.The research work aimed at addressing the basic technological problems associated with the possibility to process waste of co-polymers of EVA.Manufactured on the basis of innovative product technology are characterised by a clear improvement in properties.As a result of the project, product innovation will be introduced which will strengthen the competitive position of the company.The specialised footwear, ecoEVA, and the ecoPVC will be directed to the Polish, Lithuanian and Hungarian markets.SA 42799 (2015/X), Article 13 rozp.651/2014 (English)

    Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie innowacyjnej w skali świata technologii aktywnego sieciowania - ACLT (ACTIVE CROSS-LINKING TECHNOLOGY) umożliwiającej wykorzystanie odpadów poprodukcyjnych oraz poeksploatacyjnych kopolimerów EVA przy produkcji nowych tworzyw ecoEVA i ecoPVC. Na bazie nowych tworzyw do oferty FAGUM wdrożone zostaną dwa innowacyjne produkty: - super wytrzymałe obuwia specjalistyczne ecoEVA dedykowane branży rolno-spożywczej, - super lekkie obuwia specjalsityczne ecoPVC przeznaczone dla branży budowlanej, W wyniku przeprowadzonych prac badawczo - rozwojowych opracowana została innowacyjna w skali międzynarodowej technologia aktywnego sieciowania wykorzystująca spulweryzowany odpad kopolimerów EVA. Prace badawcze ukierunkowane były na eliminację podstawowych problemów technologicznych związanych z możliwością przetwarzania odpadów kopolimerów EVA. Wytwarzane na bazie innowacyjnej technologii produkty, charakteryzują się wyraźną poprawą właściwości. W wyniku realizacji projektu wprowadzona zostanie innowacja produktowa, która wzmocni pozycję konkurencyjną firmy. Obuwia specjalistyczne ecoEVA oraz ecoPVC zostaną skierowane na rynek polski, litewski oraz węgierski. SA 42799(2015/X), art. 13 rozp.651/2014 (Polish)
