Continuous monitoring systems cover a wide range of issues related to the process of continuous monitoring of the state of operation of electricity networks, the quality of electricity, measuring instruments and the entire ICT infrastructure necessary for the transmission of measurement data, as well as the remote management of systems and measuring instruments. The project will carry out industrial research and experimental development work planned in three stages. The aim of the project is to build an overarching MoBiSys system with the task of continuously balancing power and energy and monitoring quality indicators of electricity supply within the ENEA Operator distribution network [EO]. As part of Stage I and II work, there will be a measurement system for continuous monitoring of the quality of electricity supply built on distributed measuring devices – electricity quality analysers. On the other hand, Stage III will develop an overarching MoBiSys system to balance energy capacity and monitor quality indicators of electricity supply within the EO network. The project is part of the specific objective of the programme: Develop and implement new measures to improve the quality of electricity (e.g. automatic voltage regulation at the bottom of the grid) and to maintain the stability of the distribution system in the context of the dynamic development of micro-sources. Reference number of the aid programme: SA.41471(2015/X) Purpose of public aid: Article 25 of EC Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain types of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L. I'm sorry. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014). (English) | |||||||||||||||

Systemy ciągłego monitorowania obejmują szerokie spektrum zagadnień związanych z procesem ciągłego kontrolowania stanu pracy sieci elektroenergetycznych, jakością energii elektrycznej, przyrządami pomiarowymi oraz całą infrastrukturą teleinformatyczną niezbędną do transmisji danych pomiarowych, a także zdalnego zarządzania systemami i przyrządami pomiarowymi. W ramach projektu przeprowadzone zostaną badania przemysłowe i eksperymentalne prace rozwojowe zaplanowane w trzech etapach. Celem projektu jest zbudowanie nadrzędnego systemu MoBiSys, którego zadaniem będzie ciągłe bilansowanie mocy i energii oraz monitorowanie wskaźników jakości dostawy energii elektrycznej w ramach sieci dystrybucyjnej ENEA Operator [EO]. W ramach prac etapu I i II powstanie m.in. system pomiarowy ciągłego monitorowania jakości dostawy energii elektrycznej zbudowany w oparciu o rozproszone urządzenia pomiarowe – analizatory jakości energii elektrycznej. Natomiast w ramach etapu III zostanie opracowany nadrzędny system MoBiSys, którego zadaniem będzie bilansowanie mocy energii i monitorowanie wskaźników jakości dostawy energii elektrycznej w ramach sieci EO. Tematyka projektu wpisuje się w cel szczegółowy programu: Opracowanie i wdrożenie nowych środków do poprawy jakości energii elektrycznej (np. automatyczna regulacja napięcia w głębi sieci) oraz zachowania stabilności pracy systemu dystrybucyjnego w kontekście dynamicznego rozwoju mikroźródeł.
