“This project plans to implement an innovative electronic assembly line with an optional specialised solder station. The result of the project will be the development of a new product, which will be introduced to the applicant’s offer. As a result of the project, an automated assembly line will be created for, among others, the assembly of chronic printed circuit boards. The modules and components of the lines can be separated from the station or integrated into a single housing. The electronics assembly line will be manufactured in innovative technology developed by RENEX R & D Department. This technology is described in the Applicant’s patent application. ‘REBER DEVELATION OF ELECTRONIC AUTHORITY OF SERVICES in solder connections’ with the number P.415917m, notified on 27.01.2016. The technology of production of innovative electronic assembly stations is based on the way electronic devices are manufactured, in which circuits containing printed circuit boards (PCBs) with soldered electronic components are mounted to the prepared enclosures, characterised by the fact that dedicated soldering binder is used for soldering of components. The application of the paste will allow for precise production of binders in devices created by this technology. Technological investment will be possible through the construction of an assembly and production hall together with a technical and social part, equipped with all necessary installations, as well as the acquisition of technological lines. W wyniku projektu powstanie zautomatyzowane linia montażowa służące m.in. do montażu przewlekanego płytek drukowanych. Przeprowadzenie inwestycji technologicznej możliwe będzie poprzez budowę hali montażowo-produkcyjnej wraz z częścią techniczno–socjalną, wyposażonej we wszystkie niezbędne instalacje, a także nabycie linii technologicznych.
