Reference number of the aid programme: SA.41471(2015/X) Purpose of public aid: Article 25 of EC Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain types of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L. I'm sorry. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014). The subject of the project is the development of an innovative soft landing device for parachute loads (up to a weight of 50 kg), which will have an increased level of cargo safety when exposed to the ground (PRODUCT INVATION INCLUDED in accordance with the Oslo Manual, edition III, 2005). The new SoftLanding product will be distinguished by the following characteristics compared to competing solutions with similar uses: 1. Reduce the overload during landing to 0,5G at least 18 times for the cardboard system, i.e. the solution most commonly used in the cargo plane; 2. A reduction of at least 2 times the size of the chute, i.e. to 30 m² from 83 m² in the case of a cardboard system; 3. A tenfold reduction in the time of preparation for discharge, i.e. to 3 minutes from 30 minutes for the cardboard and rocket system; 4. Reduction to an unprecedented minimum descent speed when contacted with the ground to a value of less than 1 m/s (cardboard system: 6-8 m/s, rocket system: 3,5 m/s). The SoftLanding device will allow landing loads that have not been discharged to date or were occasionally dropped due to increased risk of damage and/or destruction at the time of contact with the ground. By installing a new product for the parachute, it will be possible to land such sensitive devices, such as mobile anti-aircraft/anti-tank kits, as well as medical, optoelectronic, computer, logistics, etc. The project will be implemented in cooperation with commercial entities (on the basis of subcontracting). Implementation will take place in (English)

Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Redukcję do niespotykanego minimum prędkości opadania w momencie kontaktu z podłożem do wartości wynoszącej poniżej 1 m/s (system tekturowy: 6-8 m/s, system rakietowy: 3,5 m/s).
