The subject of the project is to develop SBR rubber mixtures with the addition of rubber granules and devulcanised rubber derived from the treatment of used tyres and assign them possible applications based on the analysis of strength parameters, chemicals and rheological parameters. The aim of the action is to determine the composition of rubber mixtures, containing devulcanised rubber from recycling, suitable for the industrial production of industrial tyre treads, rubber linings and wheels for waste containers. The implementation of the project will allow to plan further applications for developed rubber mixtures, among others in the production of dampers for automotive shock absorbers, full wheels, mats, acoustic absorbers, speed limiters on the streets, the bases for road signs and many other products.     Przedmiotem projektu jest opracowanie mieszanek gumowych SBR z domieszką granulatów gumowych i gumy dewulkanizowanej pochodzącej z przerobu zużytych opon i przypisanie im możliwych zastosowań na podstawie analizy parametrów wytrzymałościowych, chemicznch i reologicznych. Celem działania jest ustalenie składu mieszanek gumowych, zawierających gumę dewulkanizowaną z recyklingu, nadających się do przemysłowej produkcji m.in. bieżników opon przemysłowych, wykładzin gumowych i kół do pojemników na śmieci. Realizacja projektu pozwoli na zaplanowanie kolejnych zastosowań dla opracowanych mieszanek gumowych m.in. w produkcji odbojników do amortyzatorów samochodowych, kół pełnych, mat, absorberów akustycznych, ograniczników prędkości na ulicach, podstaw pod znaki drogowe i wielu innych produktów.
