The subject of the project is the development of an innovative CF-4 machining centre designed for complete machining on a cut PVC profile. The innovative machining centre will be dedicated to the woodworking industry and will increase the efficiency and accuracy of profile machining. The project consists of developing a prototype system for a complex CF-4, consisting of the following key innovative elements: — HEPP technology – high-performance parallel machining of profiles, based on a tool support assembly that performs all the required types of machining on the profile in a very short time. — a system of centering, basing and dimensioning of profiles from the virtual centre axis MACS – providing a very high accuracy of the performed operations. — IFR module – two-level integrated feeder and receiver and machining zone behind the feeder Key test challenge: The research challenge is to build a high-performance CF-4 machining center with minimal dimensions to ensure significantly increased machining efficiency and accuracy in relation to the current state of the art. The advantages of the CF-4 machining center will be: Article 25 of Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain types of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L, p., p.). 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014) (Polish)
