Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.42799 (2015/X), aid_de_de minimis:§ 42 of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure and Development of 10 July 2015 on the granting of financial assistance by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development in the framework of the OP Smart Growth 2014-2020.The project is the development of an innovative mineral and bitumen blend produced by bitumen foam technology produced by the addition of zeolites.The new product — a mineral/bitumen mixture which may be used to carry asphalt surface at a lower temperature of incorporation will constitute a product innovation on the Polish scale.Technology based on the use of synthetic zeolites produced from fly ash’s fly ash to produce a mineral/bitumen blend has not yet been used on the Polish market.The innovative product will be characterised by a reduction in the manufacturing temperatures, in the incorporation and compaction of mineral bitumen mixtures and increased quality parameters compared to the hot mixtures currently in use.The scope of the project includes:1.To identify types of zeolite structures which, due to their properties, allow optimum use in the sintering process of asphalt.2.Assessment of the impact of the addition of zeolite materials on the properties of bituminous binders.3.Preparation of the formulation of mineral bitumen mixtures produced in bitumen technology blown by the addition of zeolites.4.Carrying out laboratory tests for the use of zeolites as an addition of foaming bitumen in bitumen macadam and evaluating the quality parameters of the mixtures manufactured.5.Technology tests in real world conditions — production of a mineral/bitumen mixture produced by bitumen foam technology produced by the addition of zeolites.The result of the work submitted by the scientific body to the Applicant will be the technical documentation for the production of the mineral/bitumen mixture (MMA) produced in technocratic areas.     Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), pomoc_de_minimis: §42 rozporządzenia Ministra Infrastruktury i Rozwoju z dnia 10 lipca 2015 r. w sprawie udzielania przez Polską Agencję Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości pomocy finansowej w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Inteligentny Rozwój 2014–2020. Przedmiotem projektu jest opracowanie innowacyjnej mieszanki mineralno-asfaltowej wytwarzanej w technologii asfaltu spienionego przez dodatek zeolitów. Nowy produkt - mieszanka mineralno-asfaltowa, który może być wykorzystany do wykonywania nawierzchni asfaltowych w niższej temperaturze wbudowywania, będzie stanowić innowację produktową w skali Polski. Technologia bazująca na zastosowaniu zeolitów syntetycznych wytwarzanych z popiołów lotnych do produkcji mieszanek mineralno-asfaltowych nie była dotychczas stosowana na rynku polskim. Innowacyjny produkt będzie charakteryzować obniżenie temperatur wytwarzania, wbudowywania i zagęszczania mieszanek mineralno-asfaltowych oraz podwyższone parametry jakościowe w stosunku do obecnie stosowanych mieszanek na gorąco. Zakres projektu obejmuje: 1. Określenie rodzajów struktur zeolitowych, które z uwagi na posiadane właściwości umożliwiają ich optymalne zastosowanie w procesie spieniania asfaltu. 2. Ocena wpływu dodatku materiałów zeolitowych na właściwości lepiszczy asfaltowych. 3. Przygotowanie receptur mieszanek mineralno-asfaltowych wytwarzanych w technologii asfaltu spienionego przez dodatek zeolitów. 4. Przeprowadzenie prób laboratoryjnych zastosowania zeolitów jako dodatku spieniającego asfalt w mieszankach mineralno-asfaltowych i ocena parametrów jakościowych wytworzonych mieszanek. 5. Testy technologiczne w warunkach rzeczywistych – produkcja mieszanki mineralno-asfaltowej wytwarzana w technologii asfaltu spienionego przez dodatek zeolitów. Wynikiem prac przekazanych Wnioskodawcy przez jednostkę naukową będzie dokumentacja technologiczna do produkcji mieszanki mineralno-asfaltowej (MMA) wytwarzanej w technolo (Polish)
