The subject of the project is the development of a new generation heating boiler with a ceramic burner fuelled with gaseous fuels (natural gas of the type 2E-G20, 2Lw-GZ27, 2Ls-G2.350 or LPG type P or PB) of low and medium power. The project covers: I. Development of guidelines for the construction of a gas boiler with ceramic burner and preliminary analysis and design of individual construction solutions of the main components of the boiler. II. Making a prototype of a new boiler type in versions: — without an internal heat exchanger for heating hot water – with heat exchanger for heating hot water heating – starter with a hot water heat exchanger. 5 dm³, with switching function of the burner for heating hot water – with the ability to control and heat hot water in the external (additional) heat exchanger in hybrid III systems. The performance of energy-emission tests developed by the innovative construction of central heating boilers with a ceramic burner fuelled with gaseous fuels will be carried out: • testing properties of the gaseous fuel used • testing the composition and quality of the emitted exhaust gas • determination of the energy efficiency of the boiler and combustion efficiency of the used gaseous fuel On the basis of the tests, possible changes and corrections to the construction of the boiler prototype will be developed. Upon receipt of the positive test results, tests and in-service tests will be carried out in independent users. IV. On the basis of the results of the studies, a dossier will be drawn up which will include: technical documentation of the boiler prototype, execution documentation of the boiler prototype, results of tests and measurements obtained in time of apology (English)

    Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), pomoc_de_minimis: §42 rozporządzenia Ministra Infrastruktury i Rozwoju z dnia 10 lipca 2015 r. w sprawie udzielania przez Polską Agencję Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości pomocy finansowej w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Inteligentny Rozwój 2014–2020. Przedmiotem projektu jest wykonanie przez jednostkę badawczo rozwojową opracowania nowej generacji kotła grzewczego z palnikiem ceramicznym zasilanym paliwami gazowymi (gaz ziemny rodzaju 2E-G20, 2Lw-GZ27, 2Ls-G2.350 lub LPG rodzaju P lub PB) małej i średniej mocy. Projekt obejmuje swym zakresem: I. Opracowanie wytycznych do budowy kotła gazowego z palnikiem ceramicznym oraz wstępną analizą i projektem poszczególnych rozwiązań konstrukcyjnych głównych elementów kotła. II . Wykonanie prototypu nowego typu kotła w wersjach : - bez wewnętrznego wymiennika ciepła do podgrzewania c.w.u. - z wymiennikiem ciepła do podgrzewania c.w.u. – startowym o poj. 5 dm3, z układem przełączania funkcji pracy palnika do podgrzewania c.w.u - z możliwością sterowania i podgrzewania c.w.u. w zewnętrznym (dodatkowym) wymienniku ciepła w układach hybrydowych III. Wykonanie badań energetyczno-emisyjnych opracowanej innowacyjnej konstrukcji kotłów c.o. z palnikiem ceramicznym zasilanym paliwami gazowymi zostaną przeprowadzone : • badania właściwości zastosowanego paliwa gazowego • badania składu i jakości emitowanych spalin • wyznaczenie sprawności energetycznej kotła oraz efektywności spalania zastosowanego paliwa gazowego Na podstawie badań zostaną opracowane ewentualne zmiany i wprowadzone poprawki do konstrukcji prototypu kotła. Po otrzymaniu pozytywnych wyników badań zostaną przeprowadzone testy i próby eksploatacyjne u niezależnych użytkowników. IV. Na podstawie otrzymanych wyników badań zostanie opracowana dokumentacja, w której zostaną zawarte: dokumentacja techniczna prototypu kotła, dokumentacja wykonawcza prototypu kotła, wyniki badań i pomiarów uzyskane w czasie przepro (Polish)
