“The undertaking consists of the implementation of a new, own technology of the production of gears in the rapid process of hard milling (skiving) and finishing grinding, which will enable the production of high accuracy details. Thanks to this, the Applicant will be able to start manufacturing small-size pumps and compact, silent gearboxes for hydraulic sets, which will have a different design – they will be smaller and lighter, and at the same time characterised by greater durability and efficiency. The described production process therefore introduces new, beneficial solutions, which were not previously available in alternative solutions – so far no Polish manufacturer has implemented technology of producing small and light hydraulic pumps and gearboxes, manufactured on the basis of a very accurate gear, made in a shorter hard milling process and finishing grinding. Through the implementation of the project, the objectives will be achieved. The ultimate objective of the investment concerned by this project is to launch production and market launch by ZPUH Hylmet Sp. J., two new product ranges, which will be significantly improved compared to those already manufactured in the territory of the Republic of Poland. It will be: — a small-size new generation hydraulic pump and – a set consisting of a small-size new generation hydraulic pump with a compact, quiet gearbox. "Przedsięwzięcie polega na wdrożeniu nowej, własnej technologii produkcji kół zębatych w szybkościowym procesie obróbki frezowania na twardo (skiving) i szlifowania wykańczającego, co umożliwi wykonanie detali o wysokiej dokładności. Dzięki temu Wnioskodawca będzie mógł rozpocząć produkcję małogabarytowych pomp oraz kompaktowych, cichobieżnych przekładni do zestawów hydraulicznych, które będą miały inną konstrukcję – będą mniejsze i lżejsze, a jednocześnie charakteryzujące się większą trwałością i sprawnością. Opisywany proces produkcyjny wprowadza zatem nowe, korzystne rozwiązania, które nie były wcześniej dostępne w rozwiązaniach alternatywnych – dotychczas żaden producent z Polski nie wdrożył technologii produkcji małogabarytowych i lekkich pomp hydraulicznych i przekładni, wytworzonych na bazie bardzo dokładnego koła zębatego, wykonanego w skróconym procesie frezowania na twardo i szlifowania wykańczającego. Dzięki realizacji projektu osiągnięte zostaną założone cele. Celem ostatecznym inwestycji, której dotyczy niniejszy projekt, jest uruchomienie produkcji i wprowadzenie na rynek przez ZPUH Hylmet Sp. J., dwóch nowych asortymentów produktowych, które będą produktami znacząco ulepszonymi względem dotychczas wytwarzanych na terytorium RP. Będą to: - małogabarytowa pompa hydrauliczna nowej generacji oraz - zestaw składający się z małogabarytowej pompy hydraulicznej nowej generacji wraz z kompaktową, cichobieżną przekładnią zębatą. Celem długofalowym projektu jest poprawa konkurencyjności firmy Hylmet (małego przedsiębiorstwa), na rynku polskim i międzynarodowym. " (Polish)
