The main objective of the notified investment is to increase the competitiveness and innovation of Plasmet through the implementation of innovative technology for the production of deep-pressed metal elements. The basis of the technology is the industrial property right in the form of patent application P.410341 dated 03.12.2014. It is a technology developed as a result of the R & D works carried out by the Applicant. The result of the implementation will be the possibility of producing deep-pressed metal elements for the automotive industry. Implemented by the new technology, it will allow the introduction of significantly improved deep-pressed elements. The breakthrough of technology will be reflected in: — the possibility of any change in the speed of the pressing cycle, reduction of the speed at the critical point of pressing and selection of optimal parameters; — high efficiency of production; — environmentally friendly production, reducing the energy intensity of production and reducing the quantity of packaging used; — the possibility of obtaining products with very complex and complex shapes, – the possibility of producing products with increased strength, – the possibility of obtaining high dimensional accuracy, without the need for finishing, – the possibility of mechanisation of the production process, which allows to significantly increase efficiency As a result of the implementation of advanced technology, it will be possible to produce significantly improved, deep-pressed metal elements. The product will be competitive with existing offers, thanks to the groundbreaking features obtained. The advantage of metal parts will be demonstrated in higher usability, durability and resistance of the product. Celem głównym zgłaszanej inwestycji jest wzrost konkurencyjności i innowacyjności przedsiębiorstwa Plasmet poprzez wdrożenie innowacyjnej technologii produkcji metalowych elementów głęboko tłoczonych. Podstawą technologii jest prawo własności przemysłowej w postaci zgłoszenia patentowego o nr P.410341 z dnia 03.12.2014 r. Jest to własna technologia, która została opracowana w wyniku samodzielnie przeprowadzonych przez Wnioskodawcę prac B+R. Rezultatem wdrożenia będzie możliwość produkcji metalowych elementów głęboko tłoczonych dla branży motoryzacyjnej. Wdrożona nowa technologią pozwoli na wprowadzenie znacząco udoskonalonych elementów głęboko tłoczonych. Przełomowość technologii będzie się przejawiała w : - możliwości dowolnej zmiany prędkości cyklu tłoczenia, zmniejszeniu szybkości w punkcie krytycznym tłoczenia oraz dobór optymalnych parametrów; - wysokiej ekonomiczności produkcji; - produkcji przyjaznej dla środowiska, dzięki zmniejszeniu energochłonności produkcji oraz redukcji ilości wykorzystywanych opakowań; - możliwości otrzymywania wyrobów o bardzo złożonych i skomplikowanych kształtach, - możliwości wytwarzania wyrobów o podwyższonej wytrzymałości, - możliwości uzyskania wysokich dokładności wymiarowych, bez konieczności stosowania obróbek wykańczających, - możliwości mechanizacji procesu produkcyjnego, pozwalająca znacząco podnieść wydajność W efekcie wdrożenia zaawansowanej technologii możliwa stanie się produkcja znacząco udoskonalonych, metalowych elementów głęboko tłoczonych.
