Reference number of the aid programme: SA.41471(2015/X) Purpose of public aid: Article 25 of EC Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain types of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L. I'm sorry. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014). The aim of the project is to carry out R & D works – aimed at creating a tool supporting the process of managing multi-local real estate. The result of the project will be a platform made available to customers online, allowing, above all, optimising the supply of media to real estate (electricity, water) in order to improve the management of these resources and reduce the costs of supplying the property to the media, which will directly translate into lower charges for the owners of individual premises. The project plans to study media consumption in research real estate, which will allow to develop models and algorithms of electricity and water consumption that describe the relationship between their consumption and variable factors, including, among others, time of the year, day, week, size of premises and number of residents, property status, etc. Thanks to automatic transmission of data from measuring meters, the system will also help detect various types of anomalies, e.g. malfunctions. Another important feature of the system will be the ability to automatically conduct ownership supervision over premises located in the real estate, thanks to the use of data from the Electronic Perpetual Book – a public register kept by the Ministry of Justice. This will help relieve the burden of the property administration and provide up-to-date knowledge of ownership, which is essential for the management of multi-local real estate. The system will be safe, scalable and flexible. The platform will be dedicated to property managers, communities and housing cooperatives. (English)

Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). System będzie bezpieczny, skalowalny i posiadać będzie elastyczną architekturę. Platforma będzie przeznaczona dla zarządców nieruchomości, wspólnot i spółdzielni mieszkaniowych. (Polish)
