The planned technological innovation will allow separation of scrap metals of colored metals (mainly copper), steel scrap and recycled plastics. Until now, plastic from the insulation of processed cables was a post-production waste. As a result of the separation process, material will be obtained from which recycling can be produced as a finished product for further sale. The planned technology and the raw material and recycling product are innovations at least at national level. The implementation of product innovations will be possible through the provision of innovation advisory services and initial investment. Planned main blocks of innovation advisory services: — preparation of a detailed plan for the implementation of technologies and functional analyses, – support in the implementation of a pilot and full solution, – development of intellectual property management strategy, – advice on quality management and information security, – support in searching, establishing contacts and negotiations with the technology provider. „Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 28 rozporządzenia Komisji nr 651/2014” Przedmiotem projektu będzie m.in. wykonanie przez akredytowany ośrodek innowacji na rzecz wnioskodawcy proinnowacyjnych usług doradczych zmierzających do wdrożenia innowacji produktowej w postaci nowego produktu - surowca pochodzącego z recyklingu kabli o właściwościach niemożliwych do osiągnięcia przy wykorzystaniu dotychczasowej technologii, posiadającego wartość bliską wartości surowca pierwotnego. Planowana do wdrożenia innowacja technologiczna pozwoli na rozdzielenie złomu metali kolorowych (głównie miedzi), złomu stalowy oraz recyklatu tworzyw sztucznych. Dotychczas tworzywo sztuczne pochodzące z izolacji przetwarzanych kabli stanowiło odpad poprodukcyjny. W wyniku procesu odseparowania uzyskany zostanie materiał, z którego można będzie wytworzyć recyklat jako gotowy wyrób do dalszej sprzedaży. Planowana do wdrożenia technologia oraz produkt w postaci surowca i recyklatu stanowią innowacje przynajmniej na poziomie krajowym. Wdrożenie innowacji produktowych będzie możliwe dzięki realizacji usług doradczych w zakresie innowacji oraz realizacji inwestycji początkowej. Planowane główne bloki usług doradczych w zakresie innowacji: - opracowanie szczegółowego planu wdrożenia technologii oraz analiz funkcjonalnych, - wsparcie we wdrożeniu pilotażowego i pełnego rozwiązania, - opracowanie strategii zarządzania własnością intelektualną, - doradztwo w zakresie zarządzania jakością i bezpieczeństwem informacji, - wsparcie w poszukiwaniu, nawiązaniu kontaktu i negocjacjach z dostawcą technologii.
