„Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 2 pkt 94 rozporządzenia Komisji nr 651/2014 Przedmiotem projektu będzie świadczenie przez akredytowany ośrodek innowacji proinnowacyjnych usług doradczych prowadzących do wdrożenia innowacji procesowej w postaci oprogramowania do automatycznego zbierania danych lingwistycznych. Oprogramowanie to umożliwi świadczenie usługi pn. "Moja Baza Danych" (MBD). Planowane główne bloki usług doradczych to: - analiza alternatywnych ścieżek rozwoju, - uszczegółowienie i ocena wybranej ścieżki rozwoju, - przygotowanie szczegółowego modelu finansowego dla opracowywanej lub wdrażanej innowacji, - identyfikacja i mapowanie kluczowych procesów biznesowych związanych z wdrażaniem innowacji, - poszukiwanie i nawiązanie kontaktu z dostawcą technologii, - pomoc w opracowaniu dokumentacji funkcjonalnej lub technicznej niezbędnej do wdrożenia innowacji, - pomoc w procesie przygotowania lub przeprowadzenia negocjacji z dostawcą technologii, - doradztwo w procesie przygotowania umowy zakupu technologii pomiędzy dostawcą i odbiorcą technologii, - analiza ryzyka wdrożenia innowacji, - doradztwo i pomoc w opracowaniu i przeprowadzeniu pilotażowego wdrożenia innowacji, - doradztwo, pomoc i szkolenia w pełnym wdrożeniu innowacji, - monitorowanie i ocena efektów wdrożenia innowacji, - analiza wpływu wdrożenia technologii na środowisko naturalne, - doradztwo w zarządzaniu własnością intelektualną, - opracowanie strategii marketingowej dla usługi będącej przedmiotem wdrożenia innowacji, - doradztwo w zakresie rozwoju zasobów ludzkich związanych z wdrażaniem innowacji, - doradztwo w zakresie przygotowania strategii zarządzania własnością intelektualną.
