The subject of the project is the implementation of the results of the research and development work on the new product of anti-window luminaire. The work of b+r, the optical element of the anti-wind luminaire for linear fluorescent lamps, was carried out independently and at the request of the Applicant. An important invention is an element of the optical system of the anti-window luminaire, characterised by the fact that it has an additional reflector, whose cross section is similar to a parabola fragment with a vertex. In-kind scope of the project: construction of a new technology hall (b) purchase of technological lines in the scope of: — installation and implementation of technol. cutting and bending sheets – installation and implementation of technol. machining – installation and implementation of technol. cutting and processing of aluminium profiles and linear diffusers – installation and implementation of technol. welding and joining metals as well as grinding – installation and implementation of technol installation equipment installation. The above elements form a comprehensive technol sequence, which will allow the implementation of the target product. As a result of the project, a unique world-wide product will be introduced, which will be characterised by features and functionalities unprecedented in the offer of other companies offering such lighting solutions. Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie wyników prac badawczo-rozwojowych dot. nowego produktu oprawy antyolśnieniowej. Prace b+r, dot. elementu układu optycznego oprawy oświetleniowej antyolśnieniowej dla świetlówek liniowych, zostały przeprowadzone samodzielnie oraz na zlecenie Wnioskodawcy. W dniu 29.09.2015r. Wnioskodawca otrzymał z Urzędu Patentowego sprawozdanie o stanie techniki zgłoszenia nr P.413792 niepodważające nowości i poziomu wynalazczego wynalazku. Istotną wynalazku jest element układu optycznego oprawy oświetleniowej antyolśnieniowej charakteryzujący się tym, że posiada odbłyśnik dodatkowy, którego przekrój ma kształt zbliżony do fragmentu paraboli z wierzchołkiem. Zakres rzeczowy projektu: a) budowa nowej hali technologicznej b) zakup linii technologicznych w zakresie: - instalacji i wdrożenia technol. cięcia i gięcia blach - instalacji i wdrożenia technol. obróbki skrawaniem - instalacji i wdrożenia technol. cięcia i obróbki profili aluminiowych i dyfuzorów liniowych - instalacji i wdrożenia technol. spawania i łączenia metali oraz szlifowania - instalacji i wdrożenia technol. malowania proszkowego elementów opraw - instalacji i wdrożenia technol. przyjmowania, wydawania i rozliczeń komponentów do produkcji opraw - instalacji i wdrożenia technol. przyjmowania, wydawania i magazynowania wyrobów gotowych - instalacji i wdrożenia technol. montażu opraw - instalacji i wdrożenia technol. nadruku led na płytkach - instalacji urządzeń w laboratorium fotometrycznym - instalacji sprzętu i urządzeń w pomieszczeniach działu badań i zarządu prod. Powyższe elementy tworzą kompleksowy ciąg technol., który pozwoli na wdrożenie docelowego produktu. W wyniku projektu zostanie wprowadzony na rynek unikalny w skali świata produkt, który będzie charakteryzował się cechami i funkcjonalnościami niespotykanymi do tej pory w ofercie innych przedsiębiorstw oferujących tego rodzaju rozwiązania oświetleniowe.
