The subject of the project is the implementation of the technology of production of fasteners with special thread MTT (Multiple Thread Technology) using large-scale modeling technology based on TRIP multi-phase steel. The technology developed allows the production of fasteners with the elimination of heat treatment, thereby significantly reducing production costs and reducing the environmental impact of technology by reducing CO2 emissions into the atmosphere. The project will implement innovative fasteners with a special MTT thread allowing quick connection of very thin sheets dedicated to automotive and household appliances. The product developed is the result of R & D works carried out by the Applicant, which aimed at eliminating identified technological problems occurring in the current state of technology. The implementation of the research project was co-financed under measure 1.1.1 POIR. Fasteners with a special MTT thread are protected by a patent, and the technology of their production is the subject of a patent application validated by UPRP.     Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie technologii produkcji elementów złącznych z gwintem specjalnym MTT (Multiple Thread Technology) z zastosowaniem technologii modelowania wielkoskalowego w oparciu o stal o strukturze wielofazowej TRIP. Opracowana technologia pozwala na produkcję elementów złącznych z wyeliminowaniem obróbki cieplnej przyczyniając się tym samym do znacznego obniżenia kosztów produkcji oraz ograniczenia wpływu technologii na środowisko naturalne, poprzez zmniejszenie emisji CO2 do atmosfery. W ramach projektu wdrożone zostaną innowacyjne elementy złączne z gwintem specjalnym MTT umożliwiające szybkie łączenie bardzo cienkich arkuszy blach dedykowane branży automotive oraz AGD. Opracowany produkt jest efektem przeprowadzonych przez Wnioskodawcę prac B+R, które ukierunkowane były na eliminację zidentyfikowanych problemów technologicznych występujących w obecnym stanie techniki. Realizacja projektu badawczego była dofinansowana w ramach działania 1.1.1 POIR. Elementy złączne z gwintem specjalnym MTT są chronione patentem, a technologia ich produkcji jest przedmiotem pozytywnie zweryfikowanego przez UPRP zgłoszenia patentowego.
