The project focuses on implementing the results of R & D and launching the production of polyethylene tubes with microbiological protection. To this end, it is necessary to incur expenses on the back of production and related advisory services. WITOPLAST is the first company in the world to introduce an innovation. active multilayer packaging, with a layer of silver ions, designed to be implemented by manufacturers from the cosmetics industry and parapharmaceut. on both domestic and foreign markets. The justification for the implementation of the project by the Applicant is the global need for consumers to ensure high safety of the products used, including their microbiological durability. An important advantage of the solution will be the real possibility of reducing the amount of preservatives used in cosmetics and protection against microbiological contamination of cosmetics. The effects of the project, resulting from the implementation and specificity of the company, which has been open to the international market for years, have also been adopted taking into account current market and economic conditions in the world. Witoplast’s experience in export activities aimed at cosmetics or parapharmaceuticals proves the reality of the assumptions – in the first year sales revenues of over 17 million. The size of the market, the main actors and the economic analysis were indicated. The planned development of export activity. The new product, at the level of 50 %, strengthens the assumptions of economising effects and the achievement of high profitability indicators of the project (IRR over a period of 3 years: 11,46 %; IRR over a period of 5 years: 24.06 %). The attractiveness of the packaging will certainly translate into the attractiveness of the product sold, and thus companies using innovative packaging will benefit from the use of innovative solutions: reduce the amount of preservatives used, the possibility of developing the production of natural cosmetics, increased profitability. Planowany rozwój działalności eksport. nowego produktu, na poziomie 50% umacnia przyjęte założenia efektów ekonom. i osiągnięcia wysokich wskaźników opłacalności projektu (IRR w okresie 3 lat: 11,46%; IRR w okresie 5 lat: 24,06%).
