SA 42799(2015/X) The inspiration for the project is trends shaping the packaging market towards the functionality and aesthetics of products. An increasingly desirable characteristic of packaging products is the quality, understood as the durability of printing and the effectiveness of the protective function of the contents of the packaging against harmful external factors. Project subject The subject of the project is the implementation in mpack Poland of the results of commissioned R & D works on the world-wide innovative technology of producing printed, single-layer polyethylene thermoplastic tubes, used as cosmetic packaging. Research conducted in 2018-2019 included improving the protective properties of tubes and the use of activation liquids to improve the quality and durability of tube printing. In order to optimise the cost of the production process and to ensure the positive environmental impact of the company’s activities, the production of recycled (secondary) polyethylene tubes is envisaged. Project scope The project covers the following tasks: — Acquisition of land ownership. — Acquisition, calibration and integration of technological sequence. — Construction of a production hall. — Implementation of innovative thermoplastic tubes with significantly higher quality of printing and protective properties. The implementation of the project will improve the competitiveness and innovation of the Applicant, as well as to make effective use of the results of the research and development.     SA 42799(2015/X) Inspiracją do realizacji projektu są trendy kształtujące rynek opakowań w kierunku funkcjonalności i estetyki produktów. Coraz bardziej pożądaną cechą charakterystyczną produktów opakowaniowych jest jakość, rozumiana jako trwałość zadruku oraz skuteczność funkcji ochronnej zawartości opakowania przed szkodliwymi czynnikami zewnętrznymi. PRZEDMIOT PROJEKTU Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie w przedsiębiorstwie Mpack Poland rezultatów zleconych prac B+R dotyczących innowacyjnej w skali świata technologii wytwarzania zadrukowanych, jednowarstwowych tub termoplastycznych z polietylenu, wykorzystywanych jako opakowania kosmetyczne. Realizowane w latach 2018-2019 badania obejmowały poprawę właściwości ochronnych tub oraz wykorzystanie cieczy aktywacyjnych w celu poprawy jakości i trwałości zadruku tub. W celu optymalizacji kosztowej procesu produkcji oraz w celu zapewnienia pozytywnego wpływu działalności firmy na środowisko, przewidziano wytwarzanie tub z polietylenu pochodzącego z recyklingu (wtórnego). ZAKRES PROJEKTU Projekt swoim zakresem obejmuje następujące zadania: - Nabycie prawa własności gruntu. - Nabycie, kalibracja i integracja ciągu technologicznego. - Budowa hali produkcyjnej. - Wdrożenie innowacyjnych tub termoplastycznych o znacząco wyższej jakości druku i właściwościach ochronnych. Realizacja projektu wpłynie na poprawę konkurencyjności i innowacyjności Wnioskodawcy, a także pozwoli efektywnie wykorzystać rezultaty prowadzonych prac badawczo-rozwojowych.
